Sobre esta vaga de AV Technician na Integrity
Position Summary
Integrity is seeking a highly responsive, proactive, technically skilled, and personable AV Technician III to provide white-glove, on-site audio-visual support at our Dallas corporate office, while also supporting remote locations as needed.
This role is essential to delivering a seamless and professional meeting experience across conference rooms, executive spaces, and multipurpose environments. You will own the end-to-end support of AV systems—anticipating needs, preventing issues before they occur, and responding quickly when they do—to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented professional who is equally comfortable troubleshooting complex AV systems and engaging directly with executives and end users. This individual will contribute to both daily operations and larger AV initiatives, including system upgrades and enterprise-wide improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver proactive, white-glove AV support to employees and leadership, ensuring meetings run smoothly from start to finish
• Proactively monitor and validate conference rooms and collaboration technologies to prevent issues before meetings begin
• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated AV environments
• Set up, configure, and tear down equipment for impromptu and multipurpose meetings
• Support and maintain AV hardware including:
- Logitech conferencing systems
- Shure audio systems (microphones, DSPs, etc.)
- Crestron AirMedia and control systems
- Additional AV and presentation technologies
• Ensure rooms are fully operational prior to meetings, with proper audio, video, and presentation functionality
• Respond promptly to service requests via the ticketing system, documenting resolutions and root cause
• Support and maintain digital signage platforms, ensuring consistent performance and content delivery
• Perform routine system health checks, updates, and preventative maintenance
• Identify trends and recurring issues and take proactive steps to improve long-term system reliability
• Partner with IT and facilities teams to enhance AV performance and user experience
• Provide clear, professional guidance and training to end users as needed
• Develop and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials
• Assist with AV-related projects, including equipment upgrades and enterprise deployments
• Travel occasionally to support remote offices and project work
Required Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate AV, collaboration technology, or IT support, preferably in an on-site, enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Crestron systems (including AirMedia or similar)
- Logitech conferencing solutions
- Shure audio equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., Freshservice or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service and executive support
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive—anticipating issues, prioritizing effectively, and taking initiative without direction
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Required industry certification, such as AVIXA CTS, Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate, Crestron Technical Institute certification, Shure Audio Institute certification, Dante Certification, or comparable manufacturer/platform certification
• Professional presence with the ability to deliver high-touch, in-person support
