As an AV Producer at dentsu Creative, you'll own that journey. From the first production brief to the final frame, you'll bring together creative ambition, production realities, people, budgets, technology, and timelines to make sure the work lands the way it was meant to.

You'll work across TV, digital video, film, entertainment, social, and emerging formats, partnering with Creative, Account, clients, production houses, directors, post-production teams, and specialist vendors. You'll make the calls, solve the unexpected, and find better ways to turn ambitious ideas into work we're proud to put into the world.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end AV production, from briefing and production approach through shoot, post-production, approvals, and final delivery.

• Translate creative ideas into practical production scopes, budgets, timelines, resources, and execution plans.

• Lead production houses, directors, crews, post-production teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

• Anticipate production challenges, manage issues and negotiations, and make smart calls when creative ambition meets real-world constraints.

• Work closely with Creative and Account teams to protect the creative intent throughout production.

• Explore new production methods, technologies, formats, and partners that can make execution smarter, faster, or more ambitious.

A Bit About You

• At least 5 years of AV / creative production experience, ideally within an advertising, creative, digital, production, or integrated agency.

• Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle, from pre-production and shooting through post-production and final delivery.

• Comfortable managing complex productions with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and competing priorities.

• Commercially sharp: you understand budgets, scopes, negotiations, production costs, and where to spend versus where to find efficiencies.

• Calm under pressure and confident making decisions when things inevitably change.

• Strong enough creatively to understand the idea you're producing, and practical enough to know how to make it happen.

• Curious about AI, emerging production technology, new content formats, and the future of how creative work gets made.
