We assess partner reporting accuracy and customer experience quality, creating real change that directly benefits Go.Compare and our customers. What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of Assurance, you'll play an integral role in assessing compliance and accuracy across our partner networks. You'll complete risk-based reviews, audit partner reporting, and ensure regulatory alignment with key financial frameworks. You'll be given the freedom and flexibility to deliver on our agreed annual audit plan. Daily, you'll use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to perform data audits, documenting your findings systematically.
You'll work alongside internal audit teams across the wider Future group, surrounded by subject matter experts. This position offers ongoing learning and development in a unique and engaging industry. It's a hybrid role offering a split between remote work and our Cardiff office.
What you’ll bring
- Experience performing comprehensive audits of major UK insurance companies and white-label partners.
- Assess the accuracy of partner reporting and the quality of our customer experience.
- Evaluate compliance with contractual and regulatory standards across diverse reporting models.
- Conduct risk-based reviews alongside the Future group internal audit team.
- Document audit processes and compile clear reports for senior stakeholders.
- Work with internal business units to assist with continuous improvement and governance.
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting on professional audits.
- Familiarity with auditing standards and structured documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with an aptitude for interpreting data.
- Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements, such as Consumer Duty or IDD.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACA, ACCA, QIAL), or progress toward one.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Looker is desirable but not essential.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with three days in our Cardiff office.
- Ability to commit to a six-month contract.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

The expected range for this role is £30,000 - £45,000
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Cardiff Office.
