Über die Position

Für unser Team in der Projektabwicklung des Service-Geschäftes in Mannheim suchen wir Sie als Associate Project Manager (w/m/d). Unser Bereich ist in Serviceverantwortung für ein großes Spektrum an Hochspannungsprodukten im In -und Ausland, welches zum Teil über viele Jahrzehnte installiert, gewartet und modernisiert wurde. In unserem Team begegnen sie aufgeschlossenen, lösungsorientierten Menschen, die den Kunden im Blick behalten und sich gegenseitig unterstützen. In der Rolle als Projekt Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Abwicklung verschiedener Projekte. Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit Kunden, sowie interne Kommunikation ist essentiell, um Ihre Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen. Das können Sie bewirken

• Projektabwicklung von Service-Projekte (Instandhaltungsprojekte, strategische Ersatzteile, Serviceverträge, Erweiterungen und Retrofits)

• Erstellung von Terminplänen

• Überwachung des Projektfortschrittes

• Erstellung und Verteilung von Arbeitspaketen

• Steuerung von Personaleinsätzen

• Planung und Überwachung von Erlösen und Kosten

• Aufbereitung der Projektdokumentation für regelmäßige Project Reviews

• Systemgestützte Materialflusssteuerung in SAP und anderen Tools

• Direkte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden

Das bringen Sie mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium

• Erfahrungen im Project Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

• Erfahrung im Bereich Hochspannung/Hochstrom

• Kenntnisse in MS Office werden vorausgesetzt (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)

• Kenntnisse in SAP S4 Hana sind wünschenswert

• Proaktive Arbeitsweise, sowie offene und kommunikative Art

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
