Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications. The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern web frameworks such as ReactJS or Vue.js.

The successful candidate will lead application development, system integration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring high standards of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver reliable technology solutions that support critical business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Experience in enterprise workflow, approval management, or business process applications, together with exposure to cloud-native and DevOps technologies, will be an advantage.

Job Duties:

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java-based technologies across both front-end and back-end components.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS or Vue.js, and support Java-based presentation frameworks where required.
• Design and maintain system integrations, database interfaces, access control mechanisms, and cross-module services to support reliable end-to-end business workflows.
• Produce clean, reusable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and technical troubleshooting to ensure software quality.
• Optimize and modernize legacy Java applications, reduce technical debt, and support technology upgrades while maintaining business continuity.
• Support application deployment and production operations, including system monitoring, incident diagnosis, defect resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors to translate functional requirements into secure and practical technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, interface specifications, deployment guides, operational procedures, and support records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java full-stack development, with advanced knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and common enterprise application design patterns.
• Proficient in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, and at least one modern framework such as ReactJS or Vue.js; experience with JSP, Thymeleaf, or similar Java-based presentation technologies is an advantage.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including data modelling, SQL development, transaction handling, and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including technical analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, and maintenance.
• Familiar with Linux administration, Shell scripting, Git, Maven or Gradle, application troubleshooting, and secure coding practices; able to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the development, modernization, or re-engineering of OA, BPMN, workflow, approval management, or other enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Nginx, application servers, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring or logging tools.
