Responsibilities

• Assist the Rooms Division Manager in managing the operations of the housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services departments.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of departmental staff.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division department.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in hotel software systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
