- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple priorities and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and develop practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Project Management Office Mobilization & Run.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
