What would you do? • Lead reporting and analytics operations delivering sales insights, dashboards, business reporting and data inquiry resolution. Roles and Responsibilities: • Reporting & Analytics • Deliver sales, consumption and forecasting reports and insights • Manage customized reporting and executive business reviews • Lead sales communication governance and risk tracking • Resolve complex data inquiries and escalations • Own Power BI dashboards, visualizations and analytics solutions • Govern data sources, models and reporting accuracy • Drive AI enabled reporting, self service analytics and automation adoption • Ensure timely delivery, quality and SLA compliance • Team Leadership • Lead and coach reporting specialists and analysts • Support hiring, onboarding and capability development • Provide performance feedback and career growth guidance • Drive documentation, knowledge management and retention • Mentor teams on reporting, analytics and visualization best practices
