About the Role

岗位职责：
理赔案件审核与决策
−案件复审与批准： 负责权限内理赔案件的全面审核，包括责任认定、金额计算及系统操作；对于超权限或复杂案件，提供专业的处理建议并上报审批；
−复杂案件处理： 主导疑难案件（如重大重疾、身故调查、疑似欺诈案件）的调查与分析，厘清事故原因与保险责任，确保理赔决定的公正性与合法性；
−质量与时效管控： 严格遵守公司SLA（服务等级协议），确保案件处理的高效性；定期自查案件质量，降低差错率。
医疗专业支持与调查
−医学审核：审核医疗单据、病历及诊断证明的合理性与真实性，识别过度医疗或不当索赔；
−调查协调： 必要时启动第三方调查或内部调查程序，收集关键证据，有效管控理赔风险。
渠道支持与培训
−理赔知识培训： 定期为个险/团险营销员、中介渠道合作伙伴提供理赔流程、法规及常见案例的培训，提升前端销售人员的理赔服务能力；
−咨询与支持： 解答内部渠道及外部客户关于理赔政策、进度及结果的咨询，妥善处理理赔投诉，提升客户满意度。
流程优化与数据分析
−数据洞察： 整理并分享典型理赔案例，协助团队进行理赔数据分析，识别潜在的风险趋势或流程瓶颈；
−合规与风控： 熟悉社保医疗相关法规及监管要求，确保理赔操作符合公司内部合规标准及外部法律法规。

岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，医学，金融与计算机相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
