About the Role
高级专员 , 渠道拓展岗- 按照总公司及分公司的业务（渠道）发展规划，制定机构所属渠道发展策略和短、中、长期规划
- 按照总公司和分公司规划，制定年度（季度/月度）所属渠道发展目标和业务推动计划，并与合作银行沟通及推动业绩目标达成
- 负责省行渠道关系的开拓、准入及维护，产品的准入、上架及进入分行重点产品池
- 基于渠道需求与业务节奏，策划、组织、宣导、推动当地联合项目和销售推动活动等，包括但不限于训练营、大型客户活动等
- 根据总部整体规划，支持、推动差异化项目的落地，包括但不限于私行/财富中心共建项目等
- 定期监控所属渠道业务指标情况，支持销售管理岗(SM)拟定针对性的提升方案
- 协助支持下辖中支的渠道准入和整体推动
- 负责分公司所在区域地方性银行的拓展和准入（如有）
- 主管指派的其他工作
