About the Role
岗位：高级专员，团险营销员渠道业务推动岗主要职责：
负责分管区域内团险业务竞赛、市场活动、产品推广和运营规则等方面的培训和宣导工作；
负责分管区域内营销员渠道团险业务支持和督导工作，以及与营销员渠道的沟通及维护；
负责分管区域内团险业务陪访及员工福利说明会的举办；
负责分管区域内业务需求的收集和分析，并向上级主管提出业务需求；
主管分配的其他工作。
任职基本要求：
大学本科及以上学历；
2年以上保险/市场相关工作经验；
客户导向，具备极强的沟通能力；
具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神及客户服务意识。
