The Opportunity

As an AI Commercial Strategy Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on the overall evolution of the product portfolio, from managing the innovation funnel and building business cases to evaluating and supporting existing products. You will guide leadership towards investment decisions and drive competitive analysis and market intelligence activities to offer insights that translate into strategic product direction and positioning.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. In this role, you will validate the line of sight to generating revenue through assessing total addressable market, supporting the design and execution of go-to-market efforts. Your responsibilities include facilitating action plans for moving forward into build and towards commercialization, confirming that your work aligns with the broader objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing product strategies to drive innovation and meet client needs
- Conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategic product direction
- Building business cases and designing new products for commercialization
- Collaborating with leadership to guide investment decisions and product positioning
- Supporting the design and execution of go-to-market efforts to enhance revenue generation
- Facilitating action plans for product development and commercialization
- Gathering and analyzing data to discern patterns and inform product strategies
- Adapting to diverse client and team environments to deliver quality work
- Applying a learning mindset to continuously develop skills and knowledge
- Upholding professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $112,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
