As an AES Salesforce Vlocity – Senior Associate- Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver Salesforce system integration solutions, leveraging your skills in business application consulting. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Commercial & Service Excellence network, working within our Application Evolution Services - Salesforce practice. You will have the opportunity to analyze complex problems, anticipate client needs, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions to enhance client operations
- Managing middleware development and RESTful API integrations for seamless data flow
- Customizing Salesforce platforms to meet specific business requirements and improve functionality
- Conducting integration analysis to optimize Salesforce data architecture and workflows
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions
- Utilizing Salesforce APIs to streamline business processes and drive efficiency
- Leading process automation initiatives to improve operational performance
- Supporting the deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other related applications
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Salesforce development and integration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I

- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs/ Vlocity, Omnistudio, Omniscripts, Flex card, Force.com. and Salesforce Customization
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Integration
- Utilizing Salesforce Customization and Salesforce Data Architecture skills
- Engaging in Middleware Development and RESTful API implementation
- Applying analytical thinking to complex business integrations
- Excelling in communication and active listening within client support roles
