Our Team:
We have an amazing opportunity to join our Energy Efficiency Team. The Administrator role supports program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in Connecticut’s residential energy efficiency services. Performs administrative tasks directly related to the daily implementation and support of residential energy efficiency programs, including State and federally funded offerings.
Responsible for managing customer interactions including call activity, internet activity and tracking system lead processing for residential customers. This role will support reporting and rebate processing for residential energy efficiency programs. Administrative support may be provided to other areas of Energy Efficiency.
The role is based in Berlin, CT
Essential Functions:
Works directly with customers and contractors to provide accurate energy efficiency program information and guidance regarding program eligibility and participation requirements of various programs.
Collaborates with internal Wise Use team administrators on customer inquiries, application processing, and process improvements for seamless program participation.
Resolves customer inquiries coming in from the internal customer care team to ensure proper application processing, mailing applications, and following up with customers requiring additional assistance applying for our programs.
Assists with processing customer applications and invoices for State and federally funded offerings.
Reviews and processes invoices for the residential portfolio of energy efficiency programs adhering to payment processing rules and metrics.
Utilizes various company systems to verify customer data and project information to establish customers and projects for appropriate energy efficiency solutions.
Represents Eversource in a professional manner through effective written and verbal communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze customer income to qualify them for various programs.
Supports Energy Efficiency Consultants, Supervisors, and Manager with various assignments related to program implementation and tracking.

Technical Knowledge/skills:
Works well as a team player, a self-starter, demonstrated multi-tasking ability, strong sense of prioritization.
Flexibility to change.
Strong written and oral communication skills are critical to effectively fulfill the role of this position.
Experience with Salesforce and Clean Power Research PowerClerk preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to review general technical and detailed program information and communicate to customers and third-party contractors.
Education:
Associates degree in business, marketing or other relevant degree
Experience:
Five (5) - six (6) years related experience required

Working Conditions:
Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
HYBRID Schedule: Eversource supports work-life balance by offering hybrid schedules for certain roles. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.
