Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to a growing team. This role is fully remote and requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support internal teams with general administrative tasks
- Assist with process coordination and task tracking
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Desirable
- Experience supporting remote or international teams
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
