What You’ll Do
- Prepare management plans, executive ready reports, and customer facing documentation.
- Analyze, develop, and refine program administrative operating plans and procedures.
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations to program and executive leadership.
- Provide direction and technical mentorship to team members.
- Drive system and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
- Support secure and standardized administrative practices across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong background in administrative operations, documentation, and process analysis.
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and support secure operational practices.
- Experience preparing high-quality management plans and customer deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, including briefing leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Degree required

- Experience in federal, defense, or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with administrative governance, compliance, and standardization frameworks.
- Proficiency with workflow tools, reporting platforms, or process automation technologies.

- UI, backend, and middleware engineering (TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, LanceDB, lance graph, PostgreSQL, Temporal.io, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI / GenAI services
- Use of modern programming languages and frameworks

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
