Target Hourly wage for this position is $25-30 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with procurement in identifying and evaluating potential vendors for goods, services, packing and raw materials to ensure best prices for the company
• Works closely with procurement in providing information to obtain outline agreements. (Raw mate rials and packaging supplies)
• Monitors inventory levels and determining when to order products to maintain a favorable stock level. (Office supplies, raw and packaging material)
• Completes monthly reports. (Labor hours, raw & packaging material
• Assist TEAM members by supporting them with daily procurement activities at a plant level.
• Monitors office, janitorial and kitchen supplies to ensure the site has the necessary supplies.
• Executing purchase orders, obtaining quotes as required and ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time and meets quality standards.
• Daily monitoring and approving invoices posted for site in Invoice track.
• Entertaining all the visitors on site, help them in sign in and inform respective manager.
• Respond the doorbell of front office door. Receiving all the deliveries coming from different vendors and inform respective manager.
• Process all new hire orientation documents at the local site’s level and works with Regional HR as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good command on SAP.
• Proficiency in computer use and business software applications (e.g. SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• High School Diploma is minimum education requirement. Additional qualification will be preferred.
