At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (60%) to join our UniQue team.
We're looking for a proactive and versatile Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This is a varied role combining office administration, supplier coordination, fleet management, invoicing support, and workplace safety responsibilities.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Coordinate office administration and daily operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and external service providers.
- Manage administrative aspects of the company vehicle fleet.
- Support invoice preparation and general administrative processes.
- Oversee shared mailbox management and request follow-up.
- Support health & safety initiatives and compliance activities.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in Office management, Office Reception, or an Administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse priorities proactively.
- Ability to take ownership and find practical solutions.
- Safety Officer certification is an asset; willingness to be trained as a Designated Employee (Salarié Désigné) is equally valued.
- Excellent command of the English and French languages (verbal & written).
