About the location:

Objetivo: Brindar apoyo y experiencia administrativa en el sector de mantenimiento del hotel, responder a consultas y problemas de manera eficiente, cortés y profesional para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente y cumplir con todas las políticas de Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Funciones Esenciales: 
• Realizar órdenes de compra para abastecer al sector de todas las herramientas y materiales de trabajo, así como también monitorear el stock.
• Coordinar tareas diarias con el sector de housekeeping.
• Mantener relación con proveedores y realizar el control de los contratos. 
• manejo de stock de consumibles.
• Controlar la facturación y cierre de mes para reportar al departamento de finanzas. 
• Mantener al día los registros y realizar seguimiento de la documentación para inspecciones de los agentes de control tanto internos como externos (Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y Four Seasons Hotels & resorts). 
• Realizar el seguimiento y reporte de servicios (Gas, Agua y Energía)

Requisitos:
• Habilidades y conocimientos sobre finanzas y contabilidad.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar (no excluyente.
• Dominio del idioma inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
• Conocimientos técnicos sobre el mantenimiento de edificios (deseable).
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas como ser Excel Y Autocad. 
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
