MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Order Reconciliation & Commission Calculation
Reconcile sales orders and calculate customer (CLP) commissions across various sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
Review order status to ensure accuracy, including identifying and excluding cancelled orders and tracking returned or failed deliveries for cost allocation purposes.
Validate order data and verify platform fees in accordance with platform policies and monthly settlement schedules.
Calculate commissions based on approved monthly incentive schemes.
2. CLP Support
Maintain and update commission and incentive schemes within the system.
Coordinate with CLPs regarding commission inquiries, tax requirements, and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely collection and verification of all required documents.
3. Gift Control
Monitor, reconcile, and validate gift redemptions and usage.
Execute gift transfers within the system according to approved promotional schemes and program requirements.
4. Vendor Management & Payment Administration
Verify vendor-related data and supporting documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Track payment status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
5. Budget Planning Support
Partner with the Commercial team to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Provide analytical support for promotional and commission-related expenses.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including TSC, CFS, Sales, Fulfillment, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations.
7. Process Improvement & Automation
Support the development and implementation of automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Technology team to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Core Skill Requirement
• Official software skill (word, excel, power point)

• 1-2 years experiences in accounting job

• Associate/Bachelor: College /University
