Job Purpose

The Account Executive – Digital Performance supports the client services team in delivering digital performance marketing campaigns. The role assists with project coordination, campaign administration, and day-to-day client communication while gaining exposure to digital marketing channels and best practices. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Support Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Respond to client requests promptly and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate the implementation of digital marketing campaigns with internal specialist teams (Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative and Analytics).
• Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Help ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with digital specialists, designers, developers and content teams.
• Support internal planning sessions and campaign reviews.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • Communications
  • Advertising
  • Business Management
  • or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years' experience in a marketing, advertising or digital agency environment.
• Passion for digital marketing and performance media.

Desired Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
