国内外のチームメンバーや関係者と連携しながら、キャンペーンや各種コミュニケーション施策のビジュアルコンセプト開発から制作・展開までを推進します。また、グローバル資産の日本市場向けローカライズや、関係者への提案・プレゼンテーションを通じて、ブランド価値向上に貢献します。

◆具体的な業務内容

・クリエイティブコンセプトおよびビジュアルデザインの企画・制作

・デジタル、印刷、イベント、ソーシャルメディア向けクリエイティブ制作

・グローバルクリエイティブ制作物の日本市場向けローカライズ

・企画から納品までの制作プロセス管理

・関係者へのデザイン提案およびプレゼンテーション

・生成AIを活用したクリエイティブ表現の開発

・ブランドガイドラインに基づく品質管理

◆プロジェクト事例

◆応募要件（MUST）

・デザイン関連業務経験8年以上

・ブランドまたはマーケティング領域でのクリエイティブ制作経験

・ビジュアルストーリーテリング能力

・デジタルおよび印刷物のデザイン制作スキル

・Adobe Creative Cloudの実務経験　Adobe Premiereを用いた動画編集含む

・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語による業務遂行能力

・プレゼンテーションおよびステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力

・B2Bマーケティングまたは企業ブランド領域への理解
