What you’ll do

As a quantitative analyst on our Treasury Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s initiative to optimize and improve financing and capital utilization by delivering best-in-class datasets, models, and processes across asset types. The team is highly collaborative and sits within the broader Technology platform. Specifically, you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quantitative models for our Treasury team, including models for cash management, liquidity risk, and foreign exchange risk
• Partner with internal teams to impact the firm’s financing capabilities by delivering high-quality calculations, contributing to our Treasury analytics platform, and curating data for wider audiences
• Develop an expertise across our prime brokerage, financing models, and other firm models by engaging with partners and contributing quantitative solutions to a shared repository
• Create and implement solutions that have maximum impact
• Design, socialize, and broaden Treasury’s data platform
• Model and optimize margin across a variety of products
• Build tools to explore complex datasets and identify day-over-day changes, driven by markets movements or changes in firm positioning
• Exchange ideas and best practices with business and technology colleagues
• Own the calculation of key treasury metrics, providing insights, advice, and quantitative leadership where required

What’s required

• Strong academic achievement in a quantitative field with a background in finance or a demonstrated interest in understanding the complexity of financial markets
• Experience contributing to a shared repository, such as Git
• Proficiency in Python and quantitative libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch and NumPy
• Ability to communicate highly complex information in a variety of formats
• Strong work ethic and commitment to carrying solutions from conception to deployment

In the Client Portfolio Support role you will have responsibility for assisting our corporate dealing team with managing and maintaining our portfolio of clients, offering an optimum level of services.

Responsibilities

• You will have responsibility for managing, maintaining, and assisting our portfolio of clients, offering an optimum level of service.
• Service a portfolio of clients through a range of different products, including FX hedging & cash management.
• Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg.
• Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email with the dealing team.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

About You

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the FX industry beneficial
• Interest and knowledge of the Financial markets
• Fluent in English & Polish
• Degree level education, ideally in economics, business studies or finance,preferred
• Strong mathematical understanding
• Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently
• Fast learner with a high level of attention to detail

About the role:

The Head of Accounting Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the core accounting functions – Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) management – across a diverse, multinational organization. This role encompasses financial operations for more than 20 business entities operating in 12 jurisdictions, requiring strong expertise in cross-border compliance, multi-currency accounting, and international financial standards.

You will drive excellence in process automation, compliance, quality, and timeliness of financial reporting while ensuring consistent, scalable practices across all locations. You will play a critical role in standardizing accounting operations globally and enhancing financial governance and operational efficiency.

As part of our team, you will:

• Define and lead the global strategy for accounting operations across multiple geographies and business units.

• Partner with senior finance leadership to align accounting operations with overall finance and business objectives.

• Own and continuously improve global processes for AP, AR, GL, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.

• Standardize workflows across regions while respecting local regulatory and business needs.

• Contribute to end-to-end process visibility and efficiency in the Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.

• Define, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute to initiatives to automate transactional accounting processes using RPA, ERP enhancements, and best-in-class tools.

• Collaborate with IT and finance systems teams to drive digital transformation across the accounting function.

• Ensure full compliance with internal control standards and local statutory requirements.

• Act as a key partner during internal and external audits.

• Maintain a strong internal control environment in all accounting operations.

• Serve as the finance operations liaison with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and Business Controllers.

• Support integration, standardization efforts, and synergies.

We’d love to have you on our team if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in accounting operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role with a global or regional scope.

• Proven success leading multicountry accounting operations within a shared service center or global business services (GBS) model.

• A strong background in transactional finance functions (AP, AR, GL, Intercompany).

• Experience designing and enforcing SLAs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and AP/AR automation tools.

• Experience leading global finance transformation projects, such as ERP rollouts, SSC transitions, or process optimization.

• Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.

• The proven ability to lead large global teams, both directly and through matrix structures.

• Strong talent development and team-building capabilities in a multicultural environment.

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies globally.
