We are looking for an Operations Specialist - an analytical and solutions-driven professional to take full ownership of marketplace operations and drive sustainable supply and demand growth within Bolt's ride-hailing business in Poland.

This role involves managing business operations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Specialist ultimately takes ownership as a marketplace manager, leading their assigned city. The position holds full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, and defines and executes the city's strategy.

• Be the lead of your city by constantly reviewing core metrics, forming bonds with key partners, and executing your supply, demand, and investment strategy.
• Creating, optimizing, or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future.
• Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
• Taking over own projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Poland to the next level.
• Act as an Account Manager for key Fleet Partners operating in your city, helping them resolve issues and scale their business with Bolt.

• You have a data-driven mindset, you approach problems methodically & have +1 years of experience in an analytical position.
• You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Polish
• You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
• You can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.
• You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• You have a solid understanding of the business landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis - you think strategically and align your analyses with business goals.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytically sharp, and externally confident Senior Operations Manager to lead two of our most critical domains in Poland: Trust & Safety, Driver Engagement, along with overseeing City Performance Management in a dedicated region. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder influence — and will directly shape how Bolt grows and operates in one of its key European markets.

You will own the end-to-end operational strategy across three interconnected pillars. From driving long-term regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance, to designing non-monetary driver loyalty programs that keep supply on Bolt's platform, and ultimately holding accountability for the performance of cities in your region. You will report to the General Manager and work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Central Operations, and Product teams.

This is not a back-office compliance role. We're looking for someone who can walk into a room with regulators, city officials, or driver community leaders and be a credible, compelling voice for Bolt while also diving into supply data and running complex strategic projects.

• Define and drive Bolt Poland's long-term regulatory strategy in close collaboration with Legal and Public Policy teams. Own the implementation of new and evolving regulations (local, national, and EU-level), translating legal requirements into scalable operational processes.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape proactively and ensure internal processes remain ahead of compliance requirements.
• Design and lead strategic, non-monetary driver engagement initiatives — including loyalty programs, recognition schemes, and community-building efforts — that increase platform preference and long-term retention.
• Analyse driver supply data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the Polish market.
• Hold accountability for the operational and business performance of cities within your region, identify performance risks early, and drive corrective action through data-informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local business stakeholders, fleet operators, and city-level partners.

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related analytical role — ideally within tech, mobility, or a highly regulated industry. Experience working with external stakeholders: regulators, government bodies, public institutions, or industry partners.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks; experience collaborating with Legal and/or Public Policy teams is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you spot opportunities, take ownership, and move with urgency without waiting to be asked.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with complex datasets.
• Excellent communicator in Polish and English — able to present confidently to senior internal and external audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; economics, law, public policy, business, or related field preferred.
