About the Role

The CTO Intelligence Hub is OPSWAT’s internal AI-powered data platform; dashboards and APIs that give leadership real-time visibility into AI adoption, financial performance, customer health, and sales. The platform runs on a fleet of Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit applications backed by a Fabric → Parquet → S3 data pipeline, all tied together by an agentic coding system where GitHub Issues become production pull requests in under three minutes.

As AI Platform Architect, you own the application layer. You design and build new intelligence products, evolve existing dashboards, and work with the AI coding pipeline — writing the specs, reviewing the plans, and guiding the implementation. You are the “human senior engineer” in a team where your main coding collaborator is Claude.

What You Will Own

• Application architecture: Flask APIs, FastAPI microservices, Streamlit dashboards; schema and data-flow design across 12+ applications
• Agentic coding pipeline: creating well-scoped GitHub Issues, reviewing AI-generated implementation plans, approving or refining, merging PRs; the pipeline (claude-coder) takes issues from triage to production PR in ~3 minutes for routine work
• Data pipeline & analytics: extending the Fabric → Parquet → S3 pipeline; designing new analytics (percentile ranking, quadrant analysis, trend computation); HR enrichment and data quality
• Test-driven development: writing pytest spec suites that the AI implementer must satisfy; test files are the spec and cannot be modified by the AI
• Claude API / CLI integration: building features that call Claude for inference (content generation, analysis, RFP answering); working with OAuth-based CLI inference and direct API patterns
• UX & visualisation: Plotly dashboards, Jinja2 templates, React/Vite prototypes; maintaining the OPSWAT brand system across all apps
• Architecture documentation: keeping Confluence up to date as the system evolves; writing CLAUDE.md context files that teach the AI pipeline how each repo works
• New product design: identifying gaps in current intelligence coverage and proposing, scoping, and shipping new internal tools

You Will Be a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3–7 years of Python backend development (Flask, FastAPI, or equivalent)
• Strong data skills: pandas, SQL, Parquet, data modelling; you are comfortable designing a metrics pipeline from raw HR and usage data to ranked leader-board
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) in production
• A test-first mindset: you write tests before code and believe the test suite is the specification
• Clear written communication because your primary “pairing partner” reads GitHub Issues, your ability to write precise, unambiguous requirements directly determines output quality
• Comfort reading and reviewing AI-generated code critically; you know when to approve, when to push back, and when to take the keyboard yourself
• Experience with REST API design and documentation

Nice to Have

• Streamlit or Plotly dashboard development
• React / TypeScript (for UX prototypes)
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Warehouse, or similar cloud data platforms
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline design
• Experience building multi-language document processing (the RFP automation covers 14 languages)
• Prompt engineering and system-prompt design for agentic workflows
• OPSWAT product knowledge (MetaDefender, OESIS, CDR - not required but helpful)

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

• Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment.
• Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. This is not an SDR-reliant role.
• Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
• Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
• Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
• Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. The Opportunity

We are seeking a hardworking, driven Regional Sales Manager with initiative to lead the acquisition and renewal business in the enterprise market in Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will execute a customer-centric sales strategy within your region, heavily focused on new customer acquisition, while managing and nurturing renewal business. You will work as an independent contributor, collaborating with sales engineering, marketing and other teams to close sales, win business and reach sales targets in region.

The successful Regional Sales Manager, is an experienced professional with a proven track record of exceeding quota by generating and maintaining active engagements with customers and prospects, at times in collaboration with our partners. Candidates should be able to articulate the value proposition of open source software; and have a strong understanding of enterprise database markets, or extensive experience selling SaaS solutions within the data management space. An ideal candidate is both successful and ambitious, with a goal to grow revenue through new customer acquisition, combined with effective management of client renewals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or beat your Annual Sales Quota. ($1 million USD+)
• Identify, nurture and win net new enterprise sales opportunities.
• Develop account plans for your key accounts to retain and grow existing client revenue & renewals.
• Drive sales growth through effective enterprise customer and partner relationship management.
• Navigate complex sales processes by applying customer-centric selling and MEDDPICC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years database/data management sales experience.
• Up to 10 years of consultative sales experience.
• A track-record of meeting or beating $1 million USD per annum sales quotas.
• Sales hunter, focused on new and expansion business who is persistent, tenacious and self-disciplined.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise opportunities, while closing transactional / renewal business.
• Effective sales acumen to run complex sales cycles.
• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills at all levels.
• A proven history selling complex solutions at a senior level.
• Willing and able to undertake business travel, within your assigned region.
• Experience working effectively in a remote first, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Experience and Skills

• Experience selling open source / cloud software solutions is preferred
• Experience qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC
• Deep knowledge of the open source ecosystem including community and commercial licensing models

About the Role

The Senior Account Executive - Commercial Accounts is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business to new and existing customers within their Territory. This is a highly collaborative role, working with Veeam internal teams (Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing etc) as well as our Channel, Alliance and MSP Partners to ensure the successful execution of their sales plan for the assigned Territory. 

What You’ll Do

• Develops sales activities with commercial segment new customers; upsells and cross sells to the existing commercial customers
• Develops sales pipeline by proactive calling to convert sales conversations to identified prospects
• Works with regional sales team to advance opportunities to closure, including Systems Engineers to technically qualify and deliver product demonstrations
• Closes business in conjunction with Veeam partners (in tier-two model)
• Meets individual and team revenue targets Leverages business generated by partners with end users/customers
• Drives account strategies and coordinates team selling efforts with Inside Sales Reps, Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales Engineering and others to close business
• Effectively executes a territory plan to maximize revenue

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Experience with vendors associated with Virtualisation technology strongly desired.
• Experience in mid-market to enterprise software sales; direct and channel sales experience required with experience managing resellers at a tactical, transaction-based level.
• Proven track record of accomplished selling in the mid-market to IT infrastructure specialists; must have an in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues and their impact on enterprises.
• Proven ability to develop new sales with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
• Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
• Must be available to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
