About the role

Our core Account Verification product has already changed the game. Now, we are scaling our vision. We’ve launched a new domain—Focussed on Financial crime prevention and detection—to build a powerhouse suite of actionable insights for Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering. The train has already left the station: we have a vision, a working prototype, and positive validation from major banks. However, to win in this competitive market, we need more than just technical direction. We need a Domain Lead who can provide the functional "north star"—someone who can look at a list of features and decide exactly which ML model or use case will deliver the highest value to a Tier-1 bank. 

This isn’t about building from scratch in a vacuum; it’s about taking the helm of a high-speed project and making the hard calls. With your expertise in fraud, you will drive our next level product; FinCrime Insights,  nurturing it from an ambitious initiative into a fully grown-up business unit by the end of 2026.  

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Domain Ownership: Working with a dedicated Product Owner, Product Manager, and two specialized IT teams to turn complex data points into world-class detection models.
• Strategic Decision Making: Answering the "What" and "When." Should we prioritize specific fraud types or AML triggers? Which features move the needle for a CISO or Head of Compliance? You are the subject matter expert able to answer these questions. 
• Client Partnership: Acting as the trusted subject matter expert in high-stakes conversations with banks, translating their pain points into our product roadmap.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Orchestrating alignment with relevant stakeholders and departments

About you

We are looking for a Fraud authority who knows exactly how banks think. You are a super specialist  when it comes to fraud detection and prevention. You understand the bureaucracy and risk-appetite of a bank, but believe you will thrive in the agile, sometimes "messy" environment of a scaling software company and are eager to use your expertise to drive this domain. To be successful in this role you: 

• Have a solid background (8+ yrs) in fraud detection within a banking environment. You understand rule-writing, model building, and how detection systems fit into a bank’s complex architecture.

About the role

As we are growing and scaling, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our  AVS products and services, brainstorm and help define new innovations, define our growth areas and support our key customers from a product offering perspective. You will be the owner of your respective topics within AVS and are responsible for making  sure that new and developed products within the AVS domain are valuable, meet user needs and align with overall business strategy.  Responsibilities include:

• Domain Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for AVS products (CoP, VOP, and non-regulated global schemes).
• Strategic Development: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap; build business cases for new features based on impact and revenue. Bridging customer needs, business goals, and technology teams to guide a product from conception to launch. 
• Market Engagement: Participate in APC stakeholder groups and consortiums; conduct customer validation to identify pain points and market requirements.
• Cross-functional alignment:: Align and engage technical teams and other stakeholders to deliver value.
• Competitive Intelligence: Act as the subject matter expert on competitors and market trends.

About you

As a senior product manager for AVS, you are the architect of trust. You’ll sit at the heart of our Product organization, bridging the gap between complex banking ecosystems and seamless user experiences. You understand the plumbing of global payments and have the commercial flair to sell a vision. We look for:

• 6+ years of experience in the role of Product Manager in the field of Payments, managing API products and/or SaaS products.
• Understanding of banking goals and structures in the payment domain. You can act as a full - fledged conversation partner to banks and financial institutions
• Savvy with data and analytics, and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
• Knowledge of Cross Border payments, SWIFT, etc and its impact on the operational side of banks.

Your goal is to transform early-stage prototypes into high-value, market-ready products by the end of 2026. You will solve a critical problem for banks: the increasing complexity of financial crime. By translating market needs into a technical roadmap, you ensure SurePay remains the primary defense layer for our customers. This role is directly tied to our company’s objective of diversifying our revenue streams beyond core products.

Responsibilities include:

• Product Execution: Co-manage the lifecycle from concept to "Go-Live". You ensure we don't just build features, but solutions that work in a production environment.
• Customer & Market Intelligence: Engage directly with banks to distill their "pain" into requirements. You’ll perform competitive analysis to ensure we stay two steps ahead.
• Roadmap & Requirements: Define prioritized features and build the business cases behind them. You’ll translate "we need to stop fraud" into specific, actionable API and data requirements.
• Beta/Pilot Management: Oversee the "messy" phase of testing. You’ll run pilot programs, collect raw feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Internal Leadership: Act as the bridge between Business Development, Product Owners, and Customer Success to ensure our internal teams are as excited and informed as our customers.

About you

We are looking for a pragmatic, knowledgeable Product Manager who understands the European banking landscape and isn't intimidated by the ambiguity of a scale-up environment. You have:

• 4+ years in Product Management (EU market), specifically within SaaS or API-based products.
• Domain Expertise: A solid background in Fraud Prevention, AML, or Payments. You should  have an understanding of how banks monitor transactions.
• Data Savvy: You are comfortable using both qualitative research and quantitative data to back up your roadmap decisions.
• Straightforward communication skills: You present ideas clearly and give/receive feedback without fluff.

About the role

We’ve spent the last two years actively shaping EU legislation to ensure our Account Verification Services (AVS) became the gold standard. After successfully lobbying for a safer financial landscape, we’ve emerged as the  EU market leader in Account Verification (VOP, CoP), widely considered the standard in the industry. We have outgrown the "blank canvas" startup phase, but we are not a rigid corporate machine. We have been building and expanding our product suite and are looking for a new colleague.

As a VP Business Development you will own the entire commercial domain with the goal of growth across Europe—spanning Sales, Presales, and Partnerships. Your objective is to leverage our commercial teams and focus on Tier-1 banks as our primary channel to reach their corporate clients.  Focus will be on adding new logos as well as complex, strategic cross-selling (e.g., Fraud Risk Indicators and Global Solutions) of our additional products.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to reclaim "home markets" where local schemes currently dominate and penetrate the Top 50 European banks.

• Strategy Execution: Own and implement the "Bank-as-a-Channel" model across the EU and UK. You will orchestrate Sales, Account Directors, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to ensure our services are sold to and through major financial institutions.
• Team Leadership & Evolution: Lead and mentor a team of ~12 direct reports located primarily in NL, with local presence in DE, UK, and BE.
• You will evaluate the current structure and evolve it to support complex, high-value technical sales.
• Tier-1 Pursuit: Personally drive or provide "heavy-weight" support for engagements with Top 50 targets (e.g., Barclays, HSBC, BNP Paribas).
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between the market and our Product/Marketing teams. You must translate complex technical solutions into clear commercial value propositions, navigating local markets and regulations.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in the "middle" phase of a company. You have the analytical depth to look at a local market’s regulatory environment and pivot the GTM strategy on the fly. You are knowledgeable about the fraud space and understand where the needs of banks and other organisations are. 

We need a human oriented commercial leader, you are as comfortable coaching a junior Inside Sales rep as you are sitting across from a C-level executive at a Tier 1 bank. Furthermore, you have:

• 10+  years of experience in Enterprise software sales, selling complex SaaS, Fintech, or Regtech solutions to C-suite stakeholders ideally at major European Banks.
• Solid experience leading commercial teams through international growth.
• Hands-on experience with GTM Localization:. You know how to pivot strategies for different regulatory environments and business cultures. You have the analytical skill to look at local market realities and adapt the value proposition, pricing, or outreach strategy accordingly.
• Collaborative, data-driven, and hands-on leader able to turn insight into action
• Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ownership of outcomes. Building is in your DNA.

About the role

As SurePay scales internationally, we'er looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thinks in pipeline, not just programs. This is a demand generation role at its core, one that uses field, digital, and partner channels together to move prospects from awareness to revenue.  You'll own the full regional marketing motion: building integrated campaign plans, running high-impact field events, and making sure every touchpoint, from a conference in Chicago to a roundtable in Utrecht, is tied back to measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success, and you'll build the playbook as you run it. 

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a campaign brief and a pipeline review.

Responsibilities include:

• Campaign Ownership: Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans to drive new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and revenue. Translate global campaign themes into regional, multi-channel programs tailored to our key verticals and buyer personas.
• In-person & Online Events: Own the end-to-end execution of SurePay’s field program: trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co-marketing. 
• Pipeline Attribution & Performance: Take accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets. Use HubSpot, Dreamdata, and AI-assisted workflows to track attribution, report on ROI, and make data-backed investment recommendations.
• Partner Co-Marketing Program: Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Know how to extract maximum value and brand presence.
• Sales & Customer Success Alignment: Create a field marketing rhythm that Sales and Customer Success rely on Bridge the gap between marketing activity and commercial outcomes. Establish a "Gold Standard" that makes prospects feel FOMO when they miss a SurePay invite.
• Budget Ownership: Manage the field marketing budget with an ROI-first mindset. Treat spend decisions as if it’s your own business.

About you

We are looking for a T-Shaped field marketer, broad enough to own a go-to-market motion, deep enough to execute it without hand-holding. You are metric-driven and process-oriented; proactive and always thinking one step ahead; a natural collaborator; and a continuous learner. 

To be successful in this role we believe you need:

• 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3+ years specifically in Field Marketing or Demand Generation within B2B SaaS, preferably across European markets.
• Scale Experience: You’ve worked in a company in a high-growth environment ($10m to $50m ARR). You know what "great" looks like, but you’re still willing to do the work yourself.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You can get sales invested in your programs, not just informed about them. 
• Experience running co-marketing programs and navigating partner relationships commercially. A track record of owning pipeline targets, not just activities. You can point to programs you ran and show the revenue impact.
