About the role

As SurePay scales internationally, we'er looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thinks in pipeline, not just programs. This is a demand generation role at its core, one that uses field, digital, and partner channels together to move prospects from awareness to revenue.  You'll own the full regional marketing motion: building integrated campaign plans, running high-impact field events, and making sure every touchpoint, from a conference in Chicago to a roundtable in Utrecht, is tied back to measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success, and you'll build the playbook as you run it. 

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable in a campaign brief and a pipeline review.

Responsibilities include:

• Campaign Ownership: Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans to drive new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and revenue. Translate global campaign themes into regional, multi-channel programs tailored to our key verticals and buyer personas.
• In-person & Online Events: Own the end-to-end execution of SurePay’s field program: trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and partner co-marketing. 
• Pipeline Attribution & Performance: Take accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets. Use HubSpot, Dreamdata, and AI-assisted workflows to track attribution, report on ROI, and make data-backed investment recommendations.
• Partner Co-Marketing Program: Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners. Know how to extract maximum value and brand presence.
• Sales & Customer Success Alignment: Create a field marketing rhythm that Sales and Customer Success rely on Bridge the gap between marketing activity and commercial outcomes. Establish a "Gold Standard" that makes prospects feel FOMO when they miss a SurePay invite.
• Budget Ownership: Manage the field marketing budget with an ROI-first mindset. Treat spend decisions as if it’s your own business.

About you

We are looking for a T-Shaped field marketer, broad enough to own a go-to-market motion, deep enough to execute it without hand-holding. You are metric-driven and process-oriented; proactive and always thinking one step ahead; a natural collaborator; and a continuous learner. 

To be successful in this role we believe you need:

• 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3+ years specifically in Field Marketing or Demand Generation within B2B SaaS, preferably across European markets.
• Scale Experience: You’ve worked in a company in a high-growth environment ($10m to $50m ARR). You know what "great" looks like, but you’re still willing to do the work yourself.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You can get sales invested in your programs, not just informed about them. 
• Experience running co-marketing programs and navigating partner relationships commercially. A track record of owning pipeline targets, not just activities. You can point to programs you ran and show the revenue impact. 
• Resilient & High-Energy: You thrive on the adrenaline of live environments
• Fluency with a modern marketing tech stack: HubSpot, attribution tools. You don’t wait for reports, you build them.

We are seeking an experienced Foodservice Buyer to lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations across a portfolio of foodservice and hospitality clients. In this role, you will identify purchasing opportunities, run tender processes, negotiate supplier agreements, and develop procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and value. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze spend, consolidate suppliers, and build customized purchasing programs. The role combines consultative procurement and hands-on negotiation, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong negotiator who understands the foodservice industry and can drive better deals for clients.

One of our key partners is Victoria Trading, the largest specialized purchasing cooperative within foodservice and hospitality. Victoria Trading represents the interests of eight leading players and bundles a purchasing volume of many hundreds of millions of euros. Our ambition is to be and remain the most progressive purchasing platform, and you can play a crucial role in this. Real Result is the independent purchasing agency that supports Victoria Trading's entire procurement team. A dedicated core team from Real Result is responsible for all of Victoria Trading's purchasing activities. You can be part of this team, coordinating and guiding projects together with specialized category buyers from the Victoria Trading members. • You will not work with standard deals, but will realize customized agreements that make sense. 
• You will share knowledge and network within the purchasing team.
• You will be jointly responsible for achieving sustainable purchasing results through, among other things, volume advantages and purchasing optimization.
