iCapital is looking to hire a Senior Vice President to join the Broker Dealer and Distribution Compliance team within the Regulatory and Compliance group. This individual supports the Chief Compliance Officer in the oversight, management, and execution of the broker‑dealer’s comprehensive compliance program. This role plays a critical leadership function in ensuring adherence to FINRA rules, SEC regulations, and other applicable laws governing broker‑dealer activities, with particular emphasis on the distribution of alternative investments, structured investments, and annuity products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CCO in designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective broker dealer compliance program consistent with FINRA and SEC expectations.
• Provide senior level oversight of key compliance functions, including supervision, surveillance, investigations, regulatory reporting, and compliance testing.
• Serve as a key escalation point for material compliance issues, supervisory concerns, and regulatory risk matters.
• Oversee compliance related to the distribution of alternative investments, structured products, and annuities, including private placements and complex products.
• Support product due diligence, approval, and ongoing monitoring frameworks from a broker dealer compliance perspective.
• Manage the development, maintenance, and enforcement of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs).
• Partner with business leadership to enhance supervisory controls and address identified gaps.
• Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, inquiries, and findings, as applicable, ensure timely remediation, and track corrective action plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting broker dealer operations, complex product distribution, and sales practices.
• Collaborate across various business lines on new marketing initiatives, providing compliance guidance.
• Mentor and develop compliance staff, fostering depth, continuity, and subject matter expertise within the compliance function.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in a FINRA‑registered broker‑dealer environment, including leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Demonstrated expertise in alternative investments, structured investments, or annuities from a compliance or regulatory perspective
• Strong working knowledge of FINRA rules, SEC regulations, suitability standards, and complex product oversight
• Experience managing regulatory exams, enforcement matters, and senior‑level regulatory interactions
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business partners

About the role

We are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Technology organization. This role sits on the central BI team alongside analysts supporting other business functions and a small team of BI developers who own our modern data platform. You will be the primary analytics point of contact for the CTO org and the Finance partners supporting it, with a particular focus on engineering efficiency, capacity, delivery metrics, and public cloud spend. 

This role is uniquely important right now. As a SaaS company in the late stages of migrating from private cloud to public cloud, public cloud economics — unit costs, usage drivers, commit strategies, and efficiency metrics — will be a core part of this role. Prior depth here is a plus but not required; we expect the right analyst to build that expertise quickly by partnering closely with our Finance and FinOps teams, and to translate what they learn into insights the CTO, engineering leaders, Finance, and FinOps can actually act on. 

You will also inherit a set of existing tech ops and efficiency reports (sprint planning, team capacity, delivery throughput, etc.) that today live outside our standard architecture. A core part of your charter is partnering with our BI developers to modernize these reports and bring them onto our tech stack — with proper models, governance, and documentation. 

What You’ll Do 

Be the Analytics Partner to the Tech Org 

• Serve as the dedicated BI analyst for the CTO organization and the Finance team supporting Tech 
• Build strong working relationships with engineering leaders, product/program managers, FinOps, and Finance partners 
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses, metrics, and self-service reporting 
• Drive the roadmap for Tech org analytics in partnership with stakeholders and the Director of BI 

Own Public Cloud Spend & Efficiency Analytics 

• Partner with FinOps to build a unified view of public cloud spend — by service, environment, team, product, and workload 
• Develop and maintain unit economics and efficiency metrics (e.g., cost per tenant, cost per transaction, cost per environment, utilization, commit coverage, waste) 
• Track migration progress from private to public cloud and surface cost, performance, and efficiency implications for leadership 
• Help leadership connect cloud spend to engineering activity, product usage, and business outcomes — not just a bill 
• Identify optimization opportunities and partner with FinOps and engineering teams to quantify, prioritize, and track them 

Modernize Tech Ops & Engineering Efficiency Reporting 

• Take ownership of the existing tech ops / engineering efficiency reports (sprint planning metrics, team capacity, delivery throughput, and related analyses) currently built outside our standard architecture 
• Partner with the BI developer team to migrate these reports onto Snowflake + Power BI, with documented definitions and proper governance 
• Define and standardize engineering metrics (velocity, throughput, capacity, quality, cycle time, etc.) so the organization has a single source of truth 
• Retire legacy spreadsheets and one-off reports in favor of trusted, scalable assets 

Deliver High-Quality Analysis & Reporting 

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and ad-hoc analyses that answer real questions for Tech and Finance stakeholders 
• Contribute requirements back to the BI developer team to shape the underlying data models, and help validate them before they land in production 
• Communicate findings clearly — with context, caveats, and recommendations — to both technical and executive audiences 

Collaborate Across the BI Team and the Business 

• Work side-by-side with other BI analysts supporting different functions to share patterns, reuse assets, and ensure metric consistency across the company 
• Partner with BI developers to move from “report-by-report” delivery to scalable, well-modeled data products 
• Act as a trusted, embedded analyst within the Tech org while representing central BI standards 

Documentation & Enablement 

• Document metric definitions, data sources, and assumptions so stakeholders can self-serve with confidence 
• Enable CTO-org leaders and Finance partners to get to answers faster through well-designed Power BI experiences and clear training

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

Core BI & Analytics Experience 

• 5+ years of hands-on BI/analytics experience, with a track record of supporting senior stakeholders 
• Comfortable reading SQL and working with curated data layers delivered by the BI developer team 
• Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, performance tuning) or a comparable enterprise BI tool with a clear path to ramp up on Power BI 
• Working knowledge of modern cloud data stacks — Snowflake (or close equivalents) 
• Solid grasp of dimensional modeling concepts and how to collaborate with data engineers to get the models you need 

Public Cloud Spend & Efficiency

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the hardware evolution of LVT’s products into new form factors and market segments. You are responsible for the entire mechanical lifecycle: from helping determine product direction, performing rapid R&D, delivering through development stage gates and supporting sustaining efforts. ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Field Service Program Coordinator sits at the intersection of Field Service operations, systems, and strategy, ensuring that our Field Service Partner (FSP) technician network is expertly onboarded, continuously trained, and supported by robust systems and workflows.This role blends process and project leadership skills along with hands-on “doer” activities with the end goal of ensuring our FSP network can successfully deliver on their mandate of providing exceptional service to LVT’s customers.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partner Lifecycle & Onboarding

• End-to-End Lifecycle program: Design and coordinate the full lifecycle of FSP onboarding and offboarding.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the development of custom electromechanical test equipment for our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of testers—architecting the test software, designing the data pipelines, and integrating these systems with our mechanical and electrical hardware designs.

You will also serve as a crucial liaison between our internal software engineering team and the manufacturing test team, ensuring our factory software seamlessly communicates with broader company systems and databases.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software Architecture & Development: Architect, write, and maintain robust test automation software and scripts to control test sequences for complex hardware assemblies.
• Database & Data Pipeline Management: Architect and manage data logging systems using SQL databases, ensuring test yields, failures, and manufacturing metrics are reliably captured, stored, and accessible.
