About the Role

 iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Advocate Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis. Daily activities will be diverse, from setting up and maintaining software applications, to assisting clients with issues, special projects, sales calls, and helping with all the non-related tasks associated with building an innovative company. The role is a mix of finance and technology.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Data Aggregation tools.
• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.
• Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of all breaks, cancels, and corrects.
• Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for input into system.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and custodians.
• Provide accurate and timely statements and data entry.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships via client on-boarding, client account setup, training, day-to-day support and issue management.
• Maintain software maintenance, system setup and configuration which includes new client setup, new financial account and asset set-up and classification. This assists in data feed management, creating custom reports based on client-specific needs, liaise with the vendor partners for enhancements, and system data issues.
• Work with the team to prioritize individual and communal work to ensure all projects are completed on time and to detailed specifications.
• Establish operational effectiveness through the development, adoption of policies, procedures, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field
• Excellent customer relations skills

• Proactively assess and act upon client and company needs
• Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy while maintaining an organized approach to duties and responsibilities
• Comfortable with technology, software tools and applications and able to learn new software quickly; Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, basic knowledge of database concepts, and any type of programming and a working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, or similar tools
• Knowledge of liquid investments such as Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA/UMA, alternative investments, performance reporting calculations and methodologies, portfolio management and rebalancing, as well as how RIA investment advisors ’work
• Critical thinker that possesses strong-problem-solving skills and can summarize information clearly and concisely, both written and verbally
• Devotion to collaboration and ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $70,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Reporting to the Creative Director, a Staff Motion Designer at BILL is responsible for bringing the brand to life by leading the development, usage, and evolution of the motion discipline at BILL. Driving foundational work streams such as brand standards, motion style guides, and templates for the brand, and leading/delivering high-bar motion work for marketing assets across digital experiences, hype videos, educational content, campaigns, email marketing, events, and more. A Staff Motion Designer contributes to, interprets, and delivers upon strategic creative briefs for complex and large projects; seeks and shares necessary information from stakeholders and partner teams; determines the best design approaches for achieving results, and coordinates contributions from other design team members. 

Additionally, Staff Motion Designers proactively analyze work methods and  business constraints, and propose and drive programs and processes which reduce operational redundancies and drive the Marketing organization’s strategic goals. They actively network and conduct cross-team share-outs which help others understand how the motion discipline contributes to strategic business goals.

A Staff Motion Designer is an integral part of a Creative Studio team who mentors across creative disciplines, and  collaborates across the BILL Marketing org to develop impactful work which delivers strong business outcomes. They act as design leaders, driving a design culture of excellence and growth, including identifying conflict and fostering resolution, mentoring peers and junior members of the creative team and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act autonomously as a creative lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing business needs with technical and creative constraints.
• Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs, evaluating and proposing creative approaches inline with business needs, propose design and motion solutions, iterate execution inline with stakeholder feedback, finalize and deliver creative assets.
• Succinctly and professionally present work, logic, and feedback openly to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other BILL organizations, explaining changing priorities and using compelling arguments to convey conclusions and ideas. Ask clarifying questions, interpret feedback for others, and propose solutions to address efficiently. 
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and best-practices relevant to common workstreams and/or touchpoints. Seek and share similar information from regular stakeholders and partners.
• Anticipate, flag, and propose solutions to avoid potential bottlenecks and roadblocks, and communicate project status with Project Managers regularly.
• Establish mechanisms to actively maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to better understand their collaboration needs, concerns, and roadmaps. Identify conflict, lead steps and dialog to resolve, and incorporate learnings into processes to mitigate future conflict.
• Manage and strategically iterate creative approaches, continually elevating personal creative bar and output, and driving elevated creative bar of the team. Actively identify areas for improvement across the team’s output, and develop tools to bring the team's body of work up to high-bar.
• Actively manage personal career development, including defining and tracking quarterly goals, and seeking feedback around job expectations, performance, and promotion cadence. Independently identify “stretch” opportunities and initiate engagement and planning.

Reporting to our Brand Creative Director, this Senior Graphic Designer at BILL is responsible for bringing the brand to life by expanding and utilizing the BILL brand design system, developing definitions such as brand guidelines, style guides, and templates for the brand, and delivering high-bar design for marketing assets across campaigns, collateral, email marketing, event signage, swag, and more. A Senior Designer is expected to interpret and deliver upon strategic creative briefs for projects of various sizes, scopes, and complexities; seek necessary information from stakeholders and partner teams; and determine best design approaches for achieving results. Additionally, Senior Designers proactively analyze work methods and propose programs and processes which reduce operational redundancies and drive the Marketing organization’s strategic goals. 

A Senior Designer is an integral part of the Creative Studio team who collaborates closely with other creative disciplines, and across BILL’s Marketing org to develop impactful work which delivers strong business outcomes. They act as design leaders, driving a design culture of excellence, including mentoring peers and junior members of the creative team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work autonomously throughout fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-bar and impactful creative marketing assets, while balancing  business needs with technical and creative constraints.
• Act as the primary creative consultant for stakeholders. You will interpret complex briefs, defend design decisions, and ensure every visual solution aligns with broader business goals.
• Interpret strategic briefs, evaluate creative approaches inline with business needs, propose creative concepts and approaches, iterate design execution inline with stakeholder feedback, finalize and deliver creative assets
• Lead projects from conceptual stage through to final production and delivery. You are responsible for maintaining momentum, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality at every milestone.
• Clearly and succinctly present creative work and logic to senior leadership and stakeholders across Marketing and other BILL organizations, delivering key messages at the appropriate level of detail for each audience.
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and general best-practices for creative discipline, with attention to common touchpoints.
• Anticipate and proactively flag potential bottlenecks and roadblocks, and communicate project status with Project Managers regularly
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to better understand their collaboration needs, concerns, and roadmaps
• Manage and strategically iterate creative approaches, continually elevating personal creative bar and output, and driving elevated creative bar of the team
• Actively manage personal career development, including defining and tracking quarterly goals
