We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable to strategically lead our global end to end accounts receivable function across multiple regions. This role will oversee and ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting, collections, cash application, and credit management while driving process standardization, scalability, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15). We are looking for a process oriented leader who can balance firm financial controls with a customer centric approach, ensuring our DSO remains low while maintaining strong business relationships.
This role is open to remote-applicants in Canada and USA (in Provinces/States where we can hire legally), unless you are near a commuting distance from our Toronto or Vancouver offices. In which case, there would be a hybrid component.
The position is available for a fixed term from June 1, 2026 to end January 2027.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Revenue Accounting Manager you will serve as the technical subject matter expert and primary driver for the daily execution of our global revenue streams, spanning SaaS, hardware, and services. ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Architecture, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for defining and executing the data engineering strategy, architecture, and technology stack. You will be responsible for the foundational data infrastructure that powers analytics and decision-making across the organization.
A critical part of this role will be building, mentoring, and managing a team of 3 data engineers. You will guide the team's efforts while also contributing directly to the development of our modern data warehouse in Snowflake using dbt and SQL, transforming raw data into reliable and accessible datasets. Crucially, you will spearhead the data migration efforts for our ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, designing a robust, cohesive data ecosystem that bridges our new Oracle environment with Snowflake.
Your leadership will ensure the successful design, build, and maintenance of robust data pipelines that ingest data from a variety of internal and external sources into Snowflake. Your team's work will support reporting, dashboarding, and analysis across the company, enabling teams to make informed decisions based on trusted data. Given the green-field nature of this initiative, the role is expected to be approximately 30% technical leadership, strategy, and people management, and 70% direct, hands-on engineering and architecture.
This position is based in a hybrid work environment and requires regular in-office collaboration. It offers an opportunity to lead with modern data tools, build a high-performing team, and make a direct, strategic impact on data quality and accessibility during a massive phase of enterprise scaling.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Strategy & Architecture: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and architecture for the company’s data platform. Design a cohesive hybrid architecture that maximizes the strengths of our full tech stack, ensuring it drives measurable business value and scales efficiently to support hyper-growth.
Team Leadership & Management: Build, mentor, and manage a team of 3 data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Data Modeling & Transformation: Lead the team in building and maintaining robust data models using dbt and SQL that support complex analytics and reporting needs. Contribute directly as an individual contributor as needed.
Snowflake Development: Oversee the design and optimization of the Snowflake data warehouse to ensure performance, scalability, and usability. Participate directly in key development efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary technical partner to analysts, business stakeholders, and data teams to deeply understand requirements and translate them into strategic engineering solutions and delivery plans.
Performance Tuning: Guide the optimization of SQL queries and data transformations to improve execution speed and resource efficiency across the platform.
Tooling & Automation: Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to automate data workflows, improve pipeline reliability, and establish a formal DataOps/MLOps framework using modern orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, cloud-native serverless functions).
BI Tool Support: Ensure the team provides clean, well-structured data models to enable effective use of BI tools like Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Pipeline Engineering: Direct the development and maintenance of scalable data ingestion pipelines that pull data from APIs and other sources into Snowflake, including exploring solutions for near real-time data feeds.
Data Governance & Quality: Champion best practices in data governance, data lifecycle management, and dimensional modeling. Implement data validation checks, documentation standards, and lineage tracking to maintain high data integrity across all of our systems.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Migration & Integration: Lead the complex data migration strategy for our active Oracle deployment. Architect, build, and maintain secure, high-performing data flows and syncs between Oracle and Snowflake to ensure operational continuity and analytical excellence.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience: 8+ years in data engineering or related roles, with a strong focus on data modeling and pipeline development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience leading complex data migration or implementation projects.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schemas).
Hands-on experience with dbt for building modular and testable data transformations.
Experience developing data pipelines using Python and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
Deep understanding of Snowflake.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement a modern data architecture from scratch.
BI & Analytics Tools:

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Workday Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of our Workday platform across all modules. This individual will serve as the enterprise owner of Workday, ensuring system stability, optimization, integrations, security, and business alignment.
The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll, and other Workday related modules, while also possessing strong managerial leadership and vendor management experience. This role requires close partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party service providers.
This is a hands-on leadership role — not purely administrative — requiring active involvement in configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and system design.
This role is based out of our Utah Headquarters (preferred) and reports directly to our CIO. We may consider highly-qualified remote candidates with required regular travel.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Strategy & Governance: Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Workday ecosystem. Provide deep expertise across: Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting & Talent, Benefits, Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets, Projects), Procurement & SCM, Adaptive Planning, Prism / Reporting, and Security & SoD. Lead biannual Workday release management and impact analysis and ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance.
Hands-On Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, reports, calculated fields, integrations, and notifications, Troubleshoot complex production issues across functional domains, review and approve configuration changes before deployment, lead testing efforts for enhancements and upgrades, ensure documentation of system design, changes, and architecture.
Cross-System Architecture: Oversee integrations between Workday and enterprise systems (ERP - Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, CRM - Salesforce, ITSM - ServiceNow, payroll vendors, banking systems, and data warehouses) and partner with architects to define data flows, transformation logic, and reconciliation controls. Ensure reconciliation controls between Workday and downstream systems.
Business Partnership: Act as trusted advisor to HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations leaders. Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Lead workshops for process redesign and optimization. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
Team Leadership & Governance: Lead and mentor a team of internal and external Workday analysts and administrators, establish operating model for Workday support (intake, prioritization, SLAs), develop KPIs for system performance and support effectiveness, ensure proper segregation of duties and security governance, provide executive-level updates on platform health and roadmap.
Vendor & Compliance Management: Manage relationships with Workday AMS providers, implementation partners, integration partners, payroll vendors. Ensure vendors adhere to security, compliance, and SLA requirements, and lead escalations when necessary.
Compliance & Controls Success: Partner with Internal Audit on: SoD design and remediation, access reviews, control documentation, audit readiness, ensure proper documentation of configuration and business processes, maintain data privacy and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR as applicable).
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Extensive Domain Expertise: You possess 7+ years of enterprise applications experience, with at least 5 years of deep, hands-on Workday experience specifically across both HCM and Financials (must have both) and experience supporting Payroll within Workday.
Technical Proficiency: You have a proven track record in Workday configuration (not just oversight) and managing integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and data flows.
Leadership Mindset: You are a strategic thinker with a high ownership mindset, comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party AMS providers and vendors.
