• You have sold a similar complex solution software and have experience in any of the following: enterprise cloud software or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
• You have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
• Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in high-growth, fast-growing, and changing environments and can adapt quickly.
• Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase.
• Proven track record of successfully closing six-figure software cloud deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory.

The Role:

As a Principal Software Engineer on the Cyberbank Core team at Galileo, you will lead broad, impactful projects across multiple teams as one of the senior-most technical contributors shaping our next-generation lean core banking platform. Your influence will span teams, projects, and geographies, driving both technical direction and how our teams design, build, and operate the services and data pipelines that power scalable, performant, and secure banking products.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of programming experience; mastery of software development independent of language.
• Advanced expertise in designing, building, and operating large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, applications, databases, and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery principles and techniques: you've built systems with layered test automation that is always safe for automated releases to production, enabling a great, low-cycle-time developer experience.
• Deep expertise in designing and managing cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on resiliency experience with AWS (or other public cloud infrastructure) required.
• A high standard for what "great" looks like, and experience continuously improving legacy systems to reach it.
• Strong judgment, and experience recognizing and driving out critical decisions in a balanced and pragmatic way.

2. Soporte a Marketing y Presencia Local

• Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en adaptación de campañas, asegurando que las  comunicaciones se ajusten al medio local, asegurando que el mensaje resuene en el público uruguayo.
• Activaciones en Vía Pública: Identificar puntos estratégicos en la ciudad para comunicación exterior y coordinar acciones tácticas con partners locales.
• Análisis de competencia: realizar relevamientos del marco competitivo para encontrar oportunidades en las diferentes plazas en las que operamos.
• Soporte en tareas operativas recurrentes: comunicación redes sociales, sorteos, coordinar activaciones, entre otras tareas operativas relacionadas. 

3. Partnerships y Expansión de Negocio

• Optimización de Alianzas: Dar soporte al área de Partnerships para que los convenios (descuentos en combustible, servicios, etc.) sean eficientes y conocidos, tanto para pasajeros como conductores. 
• Generación de Demanda: Ayudar en la ejecución de estrategias para potenciar el crecimiento del negocio y la captación de nuevos usuarios/flotas.
• Soporte operativo en carga de datos y análisis de las diferentes alianzas en la plaza.
• Soporte en Expansión: Colaborar en el análisis y la ejecución logística cuando el negocio decida expandirse a nuevas zonas o ciudades del país.

Essential Job Functions:

• Compliance Framework Governance: Lead the management and continuous scaling of Zone & Co’s core security compliance frameworks, specifically SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Privacy Operations Leadership: Govern global data privacy operations to ensure strict, ongoing alignment with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other emerging data protection laws.
• Customer Trust & Revenue Enablement: Serve as the primary security liaison for enterprise customers, directly supporting the sales cycle by demonstrating and communicating a robust, mature security posture.
• Risk & Audit Management: Manage the organization's internal audit program and oversee the third-party vendor risk lifecycle to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Audit Coordination: Coordinate evidence collection, manage project timelines, and partner directly with external auditors during annual compliance assessments.
• Privacy Assessments: Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new products and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) within mandated SLAs.
• Questionnaires & Trust Center: Accurately and efficiently complete incoming vendor security questionnaires from prospects and maintain up-to-date documentation in our customer-facing Trust Center.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications and Experience):

• Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Privacy Operations, or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), preferably within a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or cloud technology environment.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience working with established compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and navigating global privacy legislation (GDPR, CCPA).

We're looking for a Data Engineer who can handle both the operational side of data infrastructure keeping pipelines healthy, debugging issues, tuning performance and the architectural side of building event-driven systems for AI-powered products. You'll work across different client projects, from supporting existing data stacks to designing new pipelines for real-time behavioral analytics and machine learning workloads.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

On some projects, you'll be the person keeping the engine running: monitoring ingestion pipelines, triaging alerts, tuning warehouse performance, and making sure scheduled jobs don't break. On others, you'll be designing and building new data infrastructure from scratch  event-driven architectures, real-time signal processing, and data models that power AI agents and ML pipelines. It’s important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.

We're looking for a Senior React.js Developer to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product. They should be able to work independently with little support from other devs to develop high-quality software, which is aligned with client needs and company standards.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Develop well-designed and high-quality code, with automated tests.
• Participate in the overall management of the project (planning and review calls, board and story-map maintenance, etc).
• Ensure the development of high-quality code across the company.
• Write meaningful code reviews.
• Collaborate with internal initiatives.
• Encourage project and company technical improvement.
• Assist team members and generate meaningful discussions during disagreements.
• Execute the right level of documentation for the project.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• +4 years of experience in the IT field.
• Experience in Typescript is appreciated.
• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications (React is preferred but we welcome other frameworks).
• At least 2 years of experience working with HTML and CSS.
• Having worked with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).
• Experienced working with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of data and state management libraries (React Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand or others).
• Experience with frontend testing libraries (Testing Library, Cypress, Jest, etc).
• Experience with Server Side Rendering is appreciated.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and within an agile environment.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery).
• Experience working with bundlers and compilers (e.g. vite, webpack, babel, parcel, gulp, grunt, etc).
• Software experience from degree studies.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
