The role of Staff or Experienced IT Auditor includes the execution of client engagements and internal activities related to SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, HIPAA assessments, and external audits of other security and privacy frameworks/standards.

The Commercial LATAM Team

Você tem um histórico comprovado de desenvolvimento de novos negócios e superação de metas de vendas.
Experiência na venda de soluções complexas de software empresarial e capacidade de adaptação a ambientes de alto crescimento, expansão rápida e mudanças constantes.
Experiência em vendas bem-sucedidas durante a fase de criação de mercado.
Histórico comprovado de fechamento de negócios de software em nuvem na casa dos seis dígitos com clientes potenciais e atuais no território definido.
Experiência em contato com executivos de alto nível (C-suite), forte presença e elegância na comunicação, e excelentes habilidades de escuta.

The Role:
As a Principal Software Engineer on the Cyberbank Core team at Galileo, you will lead broad, impactful projects across multiple teams as one of the senior-most technical contributors shaping our next-generation lean core banking platform. Your influence will span teams, projects, and geographies, driving both technical direction and how our teams design, build, and operate the services and data pipelines that power scalable, performant, and secure banking products.
You will be hands-on and in the details as an exemplary practitioner: in the software we develop, in the infrastructure we operate, and in the tools and techniques we use to test, release, and maintain it at scale. You will help teams evolve codebases to ship improvements safely and frequently in a regulated, cloud-native environment. As part of this, you will steward a broader engineering community and mentor engineers across the organization.
You will proactively identify the right problems to solve and advocate for organizational priorities. This role is inherently cross-functional, you will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, data, and executive stakeholders to define and execute on technical strategy for Cyberbank Core. About the role
We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing team within our Cyberbank Core team. Cyberbank Core is a next generation lean banking core that is part of the Galileo suite of banking APIs and was built from the ground up at Galileo/SoFi. This technology powers SoFi Bank and we are hard at work expanding its footprint and capabilities to better support a post-fiat world.
You’ll drive delivery, partner with the Product team to define and build features, own operational excellence for your services, and own definition and execution of the team’s technical roadmap. You’ll play a key role in scaling resilient systems and supporting strategic product development at Galileo and SoFi.
