This Account Manager role is pivotal for driving internal and external Sustainability communications. The successful candidate will be a skilled in developing content, utilizing strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. What you'll do:
- Draft, review, and edit diverse communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Energy & Industrials team. In this pivotal role, you will be the day-to-day champion for our clients across the energy, industrials, and sustainability sectors. - Prior experience at an experienced Senior Account Executive (SAE) or Account Manager (AM) level is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capabilities as a corporate communications and media relations operator, with a keen understanding of the evolving media landscape.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, diverse client needs, and high-volume workloads effectively.
- A natural ability to build strong client relationships and provide confident, informed counsel.

In this role, you will lead a team to oversee key client relationships, provide solid counsel and drive well-crafted communications plans across the energy, industrials, and sustainability sectors. You will be instrumental in delivering communication strategies and campaigns, shaping narratives, and contributing to client’s business goals through communications within a talented and passionate team.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients within the Energy, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors to ensure the highest standards of project delivery, timeline management, and budget management.
- Contribute to and implement integrated corporate communications strategies, ensuring clear business messaging and alignment with client objectives.
- Work with senior colleagues to provide solid counsel to clients on reputation management, complex crisis communications, and C-suite thought leadership.
- Spearhead the written development and placement of high-impact thought leadership content, including executive op-eds, articles, and research reports.
- Oversee and manage comprehensive media relations activity, including pitching, executive profiling, and handling media interactions.
- Serve as a key leader within the team, actively mentoring, developing, and overseeing the work of junior account team members.
- Contribute to new business development efforts, leveraging sector expertise to contribute to strategic and creative proposals for new clients.
- Build your knowledge and expertise in client-related sectors, proactively learning about latest developments, opportunities, and challenges that your clients may face
Experience that contributes to success
- Proven experience (5+ years) in communications and media relations, with exposure to the energy, industrials, renewables, sustainability, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrates experience operating at an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level or equivalent, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing complex Corporate and B2B communications programs with tangible, impactful results.
- A strong track record in client and issues management, providing calm and effective counsel to senior clients.
- Exceptional media relations capabilities, including a deep network of contacts and an effective approach to media engagement and thought leadership.
- Outstanding leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
- Superior organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple complex client projects and delivering under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Bi-lingual (Arabic) is a significant plus

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Energy & Industrials team. In this pivotal role, you will be the day-to-day champion for our clients across the energy, industrials, and sustainability sectors. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing impactful communications strategies, providing expert counsel, and driving media engagement to achieve tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients across the Energy, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors.
- Oversee and manage account activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to and implement integrated corporate communications strategies, ensuring clear business messaging and alignment with client objectives.
- Lead the placement and written development of high-impact thought leadership content, including op-eds and articles.
- Lead a comprehensive media relations activity, encompassing building media lists, proactive pitching, and journalist engagement.
- Actively mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring excellence in deliverables.
- Navigate and thrive in a client-servicing environment, efficiently managing multiple priorities and complex campaigns simultaneously.
- Build your knowledge and expertise in client-related sectors, proactively learning about latest developments, opportunities, and challenges that your clients may face
Experience that contributes to success
- Proven track record in communications, preferably supporting clients within renewable energy, sustainability, industrials, or technology sectors.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in communications and media relations, ideally from an agency background.
- Prior experience at an experienced Senior Account Executive (SAE) or Account Manager (AM) level is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong capabilities as a corporate communications and media relations operator, with a keen understanding of the evolving media landscape.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, diverse client needs, and high-volume workloads effectively.
- A natural ability to build strong client relationships and provide confident, informed counsel.
- Proficiency in developing and executing B2B and Corporate communication strategies that drive measurable results.
- Bi-lingual (Arabic) preferred
