The Safety and Customer Care (SCC) team at Lyft manages over 1.7 million monthly human and AI interactions and serves as Lyft's primary direct touchpoint with riders and drivers. We handle critical infrastructure that powers both human associates and AI agents to make riders and drivers feel safe and comfortable while riding or driving with Lyft, transforming every support interaction into a moment of genuine connection. 

As a Data Engineer on the SCC team, you will have ownership over the data modeling and pipelines that power SCC’s Associate and AI Agent Platform . Your efforts will be critical to the reliability of our pipelines, execution of third party data integrations, accurate reporting of agents performance, and efficiency improvements that can save millions of dollars / year. You will work cross-functionally to bridge Lyft's business goals with data engineering. Your efforts will allow access to business and user behavior insights, using huge amounts of Lyft data to fuel several teams such as Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and many others. 

Responsibilities:

• Owner of the core data pipeline, responsible for scaling up data processing flow to meet the rapid data growth at Lyft
• Evolve data model and data schema based on business and engineering needs
• Implement systems tracking data quality and consistency
• Develop tools supporting self-service data pipeline management (ETL)
• SQL and MapReduce job tuning to improve data processing performance
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to understand business problems and align on prioritization and solutions

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ideally with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong experience with Spark
• Experience with Hadoop (or similar) Ecosystem, S3, DynamoDB, MapReduce, Yarn, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Presto, Pig, HBase, Parquet
• Strong skills in a scripting language (Python, Go)
• Good understanding of SQL Engine and able to conduct advanced performance tuning
• Proficient in at least one of the SQL languages (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SqlServer, Oracle)
• 1+ years of experience with workflow management tools (Airflow, Oozie, Azkaban, UC4)
• Comfortable working directly with data analytics to bridge Lyft’s business goals with data engineering
• Preferred to have experience of building and maintaining customer care related data tables as a Data Engineer for large organizations

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong iGaming experience to drive discovery, strategy, and delivery for new products built within the Product Launch Team. You will define the vision, validate opportunities, shape the roadmap, and guide cross‑functional teams through fast, incremental development cycles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for new iGaming initiatives. 
• Lead discovery: market research, user insights, competitive analysis, and hypothesis validation. 
• Build and manage the product roadmap; prioritize features based on impact and feasibility. 
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product Leadership. 
• Drive incremental delivery using Scrum and lean product principles. 
• Monitor KPIs, funnels, and product health; iterate based on real-world performance. 
• Prepare products for handover to main teams with complete documentation and tracking. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven iGaming experience (Sportsbook, Casino, or Platform). 
• Strong product discovery and strategy skills. 
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes. 
• Experience working with data, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management. 
• Lean, fast‑execution mindset, outcome‑driven. 

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience launching 0→1 products. 
• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools. 
• Understanding UX principles and player behavior. 

Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) are essential to PandaDoc's success, ensuring customers receive a reliable service with minimal downtime.

The SRE team achieves this by:

• Owning the incident management processes and tools.
• Managing the observability stack and alerting systems to enable timely investigation and mitigation.
• Actively contributing to service codebases to proactively prevent incidents and resolve performance bottlenecks.

In essence, SREs are the cornerstone of production service resiliency, driving efforts in observability, incident management, capacity planning, and maintaining reliable operations. 

In this role, you will:

• Own and influence the incident management process end-to-end
• Maintain and evolve on-prem observability stack
• Keep production applications running smoothly by participating in the on-call rotation
• Develop automations and tools to support platform reliability
• Contribute to production services with performance and resiliency in mind
• Collaborate with product engineers to foster SRE principles within the R&D organization
• Be a mentor for the SRE team or product engineers

About you:

• Solid programming experience, namely Python (Django and AsyncIO)  and/or Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience in maintaining an observability tools suite (specifically, LGTM - Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
• Experience in development and maintenance of Python services in production
• Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Solid proficiency in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka)
• An experienced on-call SRE engineer 
• Enjoy hands-on troubleshooting of distributed systems in production environments
• You act like an owner and strive to do work you're proud of
• You enjoy communication and knowledge sharing on all-things reliability
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
