About the Role

As a Senior Front-end Engineer at Pearl, you will work on customer-facing web applications for international markets and partners. You will join a team responsible for core functionality across international payment flows, post-funnel customer experience, international SEO, and AI-powered features.

You will work closely with Product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, support regulatory and compliance updates for international markets, and contribute to AI-related functionality such as cross-language translation, and automatic PII detection and masking.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values ownership, strong engineering practices, continuous improvement, and practical use of AI tools in daily development.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications.
• Implement, test, and release new product features for international markets and partners.
• Work on international payment logic, pricing tests and models, Payment Page, post-funnel experience and international SEO initiatives.
• Contribute to AI-powered features, including cross-language translation for customer-expert communication,  and automatic PII detection and masking.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Support regulatory and compliance updates for international markets.
• Ensure high test coverage and follow CI/CD best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong experience with React.js, including state management with Redux and component-based architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Less, React, Redux/Zustand.
• Good understanding of automated testing and willingness to write tests as part of daily development.
• Familiarity with Unit / Integration / Component tests using tools such as Vitest, Playwright, React Testing Library, Jest, or similar.
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI tools, such as OpenAI, Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience working in Agile development and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of development processes, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with Web Page performance optimization and measurement will be a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL / BigQuery will be a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher). 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Senior Python + AI Engineer, to join the existing backend team.

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• Strong experience with Python (3.10+) and async programming in production
• Hands-on FastAPI delivery (REST APIs, OpenAPI), experience with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy and Alembic migrations
• Experience with Redis would be a plus for caching and pub/sub where needed is a plus
• Working experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js) is a plus

• Practical experience building LLM-powered applications with tool-calling and agentic patterns
• Strong familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for stateful, multi-agent orchestration
• Experience developing or integrating MCP servers/clients
• Experience working with AI code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot etc.)
• Practical experience with RAG. Would be a plus Knowledge Graphs and Graph RAG

• Familiarity with Docker in production environments
• Familiarity with Azure delivery patterns and CI/CD workflows
• Working knowledge of LLM observability (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith), structured logging, and trace-based debugging

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while contributing to projects that integrate advanced machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), to deliver personalized user experiences and innovative features. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team that values continuous improvement and embraces the latest in technology.
 
Our technology stack includes .NET Core, C#, React.js, Node.js, Typescript, SQL Server 2019, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Analytics, and Power BI.  

Our ecosystem includes 170 connected applications and services, our main database is 2 TB, our sites handle 1 million visitors a day and 2 billion requests a month, and we release changes to production several times a day. What You’ll Do

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate how they can effectively leverage our infrastructure to meet their objectives.

• Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library.

This is a hands-on technical role that blends data science and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to evolving areas such as LLMs, Generative AI, and ML infrastructure. The role offers exposure to complex data challenges and the opportunity to shape Pearl’s AI-driven capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Build, train, and deploy ML models that improve product performance and monetization.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams across multiple internal initiatives.
• Design and implement data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world business problems.
