• The Global Recruitment Coordinators will report to the Recruitment Manager

Level:  Global Coordinator

Travel Requirement: Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits

The Recruitment Coordinator will:

• Find top talent: Proactively source, attract, and engage a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline, internally and externally, and convince them to join the team
• Review CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate schedules: Serve as the face of the organization as candidates' first point of contact, providing a seamless and supportive hiring experience
• Operationalize a streamlined, first-class talent acquisition process: Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition process, including providing high quality support and communications to both candidates and hiring teams
• Field and quickly close support tickets: Respond to all inbound inquiries, requests, and complaints via the People Team Ticketing System regarding recruitment requests, meeting SLAs
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives focused on equity, process improvement, and team enablement

Compensation

Kenya

• Base Salary: $30,000
• Bonus at Target Performance: 10% (~$3,000 with potential for upside. For reference, with the organization’s current performance multiplier, this amount would be $3,510)
• Estimated Total Compensation at Target: $33,000

This role is fully remote, so if you are not based in Kenya, we will share an estimated salary benchmark for the country you are based in during the hiring process.

Position Overview 

Do you have a passion for high-quality, high-impact training? Educate! is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented EXP Training Coordinator to be the driving force behind training excellence across the EXP product. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality stewardship of all EXP trainings, from mentor induction to in-term delivery. You will ensure every training session is executed with the fidelity and quality defined by the EXP learning experience, using data to monitor performance, enforce standards, and ensure the program maintains its high bar for quality on the frontline. What You’ll Do🌟 

Training Execution & Quality Stewardship (40%)

• Trainings across regions are delivered consistently to the intended quality standard.
• Mentors demonstrate readiness and confidence before deployment and during delivery.
• Training quality issues are identified early and addressed before they become systemic.
• There is visible consistency in how EXP trainings feel and are experienced on the ground.
• Conducting TOTs with the facilitators before induction and when need arises.

End-to-End Training Project Management (30%)

• All EXP trainings are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear ownership.
• Training plans are well-planned, well-coordinated, and executed in the field.
• Dependencies across teams are anticipated and managed proactively.
• Training-related risks are surfaced early and mitigated effectively.

Data-Driven Training Monitoring, Learning & Enforcement (20%)

• Training quality decisions are grounded in clear data and evidence using quality led retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Dashboards and monitoring tools are actively used to manage training performance.
• Persistent quality issues trigger timely and appropriate corrective action.

Training Experiments Execution & Product Collaboration (10%)

• Training-related experiments are executed reliably and as designed on the ground.
• Field execution of experiments is consistent enough to produce usable signals.
• Product teams receive clean, timely insights from training execution, not noisy or anecdotal feedback.
• Clear ownership exists between Product (design and analysis) and Implementation (execution).

• Experience (Non-negotiable): 
  • Looking for a leader who has demonstrated strong Facilitation, coaching, project coordination, and basic Design Skills

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Educate! Youth Entrepreneurship Training (YET)
  • Should have trained youth or mentors for at least 2 years in either Exp or EBA 
  • Has played a master Trainer role before or built Trainer/ mentor capacity in a facilitator role for at least 2 years ( all within Educate)

About the role:

We are looking for highly skilled AI Evaluators to support the development of advanced AI tools for grammar correction and proofreading. This project focuses on creating a rich and diverse dataset of written German text, annotated and corrected by humans.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to a set of prompts simulating realistic business or casual communication.
• Write clear, plausible short texts (3–4 sentences for business settings, 1–2 sentences for casual chat).
• Generate responses with intentional but realistic grammar, spelling, and structural errors.
• Review annotated message pairs (input text + corrected/proofread version) to ensure:
• All grammar/spelling/preposition/punctuation errors are corrected appropriately
• Meaning is preserved between input and corrected text
• Error types are classified correctly
• Explanations are clear and linguistically sound

Qualifications:

• German as a first language - C1 German proficiency 
• English as a second language - B2 English proficiency.
• Ability to follow linguistic and situational writing prompts.
• Good written communication and creativity.
• 2 years working experience in a corporate/ business environment.
• 1 year working experience working as an AI Evaluator, data annotator, or similar role 
• Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills are essential for navigating annotation tools and maintaining efficiency in text-based tasks.
• Strong logic, intuitive problem-solving and critical thinking; adaptability to the needs of the task. The candidate needs to be open-minded and welcome different viewpoints or solutions.
• Proactiveness, confidence to work independently without constant support. Reliability and being able to make good decisions on their own.
• Be a thought partner to delivery managers, input into the project delivery strategies, and share quality best practices to aid in achieving the project goals.
• Adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, new task types, and AI model updates in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Access to your own laptop for work
