We are seeking an experienced Senior Vulnerability Management Advisor who will serve as the central orchestrator for exposure management and risk reduction across a diverse portfolio of Label partners. In this high-impact, consultative role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure findings, application vulnerabilities, and business-critical decision-making by translating complex data into actionable priorities. You will drive the end-to-end remediation lifecycle from initial assessment to final validation, collaborating and communicating with Label leadership to define ownership, navigate resource constraints, and manage formal risk exceptions. By providing Information Security leadership with a transparent, data-driven view of the global risk posture, you will ensure every identified risk, whether from automated scans, penetration tests, or red team engagements, is understood, justified, and technically verified through time-bound remediation plans.

What We Need
We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer leader who can design, build, and operate scalable platform solutions that improve reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency across multiple teams and studios. This role focuses on platform-level impact and technical leadership.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve shared CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud platforms used across 2K.
Establish platform standards and best practices for deployments, environments, observability, and operations.
Drive automation and self-service to reduce operational toil and improve developer velocity.
Lead observability and reliability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and postmortems.
Partner with engineering teams to enable platform adoption and improve workflows.
Contribute to FinOps practices, including cost visibility, tagging standards, and optimization.
Act as a technical leader and mentor, influencing architecture and practices across teams.
What Will Make You a Great Fit
Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.

What We Are Looking For
Gearbox is looking for a talented Helpdesk Technician I to join our team.
This candidate will join a high performing Helpdesk team in supporting our studio. You’ll be friendly and eager to dive into any problem thrown your way. You’ll be comfortable with a wide range of hardware and software, and rarely settle for the default settings. You’ll think automation first and manual second. This individual must be self-starter and be willing to handle all manner of tasks with a positive attitude and a minimum of hand-holding. This position will require you to carry a mobile device and will occasionally require after-hours and weekend work.
Full-time Onsite: This position requires working from our office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance related to computer systems, hardware, and software
What you might work on:
A system to deploy PCs to employees in less than ten minutes
A developer’s high-end PC with more RAM than you can shake a stick at (you get a good one too)
An inventory system so you can find anything, anywhere, without leaving your desk
Wired and wireless and VPN problems that defy your Googling skills
A software deployment system to push the latest applications and system patches, within minutes
All manner of gaming systems and developer kits
Qualifications
Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, both verbal and written
History of “whatever it takes”, hands-on support
Experience with Windows OS and applications, in a networked environment
Works well as part of a team in a fun, fast-paced environment
Able to lift 50 pounds of awesome gear
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with an issue tracking system, including reporting and metrics (Jira preferred)

● Diriger et piloter l’évaluation de l’adéquation produit-marché de nos jeux, en travaillant de façon transversale pour influencer stratégiquement l’orientation produit de plusieurs titres tout au long du cycle de développement complet, du concept au post-lancement.
● Formuler des recommandations produit appuyées par des données aux studios, en collaboration avec les équipes d’analytique et de recherche (science des données, connaissance consommateur, recherche UX), afin d’analyser les comportements des joueur·euse·s, d’évaluer la performance des produits et d’orienter les priorités et feuilles de route.
● Définir les besoins en télémétrie, les indicateurs clés, les rapports et les analyses nécessaires pour générer des insights sur les comportements des joueur·euse·s, en partenariat avec l’équipe Analytique. Analyser les données et les traduire en stratégies permettant d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs fondamentaux des franchises.
● Collaborer avec les équipes de croissance commerciale afin d’élaborer des stratégies de tarification, de promotions en jeu, de gestion des UGS (SKU) et de contenu en continu.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the 2K: Core Games Product team focused on working with Gearbox Studios. Your role will be to help strategically shape content, live service, and monetization plans to marry player value and commercial goals. You will work closely with studios, product leadership, and other product managers to develop, guide, implement, and optimize the strategies supporting the creative vision of the products in our portfolio.
You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing Product Management needs across multiple projects. You will represent Product Management to executive stakeholders across both the studio and 2K, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving the successful execution of product initiatives.
● Closely collaborate with development and publishing teams to define product priorities for multiple projects, including:
● Develop deep expertise in the games in your portfolio and their competition. Lead critical initiatives, manage priorities, and share valuable insights across the portfolio and Product teams to continue to evolve our product strategy.
● Lead and drive the process of evaluating product market fit for our games, working cross functionally to strategically impact product direction for multiple titles throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept to post-launch
● Provide insights-backed product recommendations to studios, collaborating with insights teams (Data Science, Consumer Insights, UXR) to analyze player behavior, assess product performance, and guide product priorities and roadmaps.
● Define telemetry needs, critical metrics, reporting, and analyses needed to develop insights into player behaviors in partnership with the Analytics team. Analyze data and translate it into insights and strategies that enable us to meet and exceed core franchise targets.
● Work alongside Commercial Growth teams to build strategies for pricing, in-game promotions, SKUs, and ongoing content.

We are looking for a Lead Security Operations Engineer to design, implement, and lead our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform. The pay range for this position in Ontario, Canada at the start of employment is expected to be between $114,300 and $164,300 CAD per Year. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. We are seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our newly formed Operations Excellence organization, reporting to the Director, Operations Excellence. This foundational role will shape the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of our platform infrastructure serving millions of users. As a Staff SRE, you will be a technical leader and mentor who establishes best practices, drives architectural decisions, and enables our 600+ engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will work on critical platform systems including EKS infrastructure, Skyway (CI/CD), Frontdoor (Tyk API Gateway), Pantheon (Apollo GraphQL Federation), and our observability stack, while establishing chaos engineering practices and driving cost optimization initiatives with measurable ROI.
We believe in leveraging the best tools to solve problems faster. You will be expected to utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs proficiently to accelerate development velocity, generate boilerplate, and troubleshoot complex debugging scenarios. Beyond simple usage, this role requires the critical judgment to verify AI-generated outputs for security, performance, and accuracy. You should be comfortable integrating AI tooling into your daily workflow to eliminate repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on high-impact architectural and strategic engineering challenges.

Kizen is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to create high-quality developer and API documentation for a sophisticated SaaS platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution.
You will work directly with Product Owners, Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate complex technical concepts into clear, usable documentation that improves the developer experience.
This role is ideal for a writer who thrives in highly technical environments, understands developer workflows, and takes pride in producing precise, structured documentation.
