• Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of developing machine learning models from inception to business impact, demonstrating the ability to solve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Proficiency with Python is required, and experience with Golang is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in guiding teams, owning end-to-end projects, and setting the technical direction to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and using SQL to explore them.
• Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially in deploying and managing machine learning solutions and scaling them in a cost-effective manner.
• Knowledgeable in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and management of ML models.
• Comfortable with monitoring and observability tools tailored for machine learning models (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) and experienced in developing recommender systems or enhancing user experiences through personalized recommendations.
• Solid foundation in data processing and pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka) for handling real-time data streams.

Deine Rolle auf unserer Mission:

• Kundensupport - Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen per Telefon, Live-Chat und E-Mail – hauptsächlich auf Deutsch, aber auch mithilfe von Übersetzungstools für Märkte wie Spanien, Italien, Frankreich, Polen und die Niederlande.
• Teamarbeit - Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, um kundenorientierte Lösungen für verschiedene Märkte zu entwickeln.
• Organisation & Problemlösung - Du koordinierst Nachhilfesitzungen, kümmerst dich um Lehrersuchen, Buchungen und dringende Anfragen aus allen Regionen.
• Schnittstelle - Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Customer-Care-Team und unserem Tutor:innen-Netzwerk und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Das bringst du mit: 

• Erfahrung im Kundendienst (2–5 Jahre) – Du hast bereits in der Kundenbetreuung oder in eminem Inbound-Callcenter gearbeitet und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Serviceprozesse mit.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) – Du kommunizierst sicher mit deutschsprachigen Kund:innen. Weitere Sprachen wie Englisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Französisch, Polnisch oder Griechisch (mind. B2) sind ein Plus.
• Tool-Kompetenz – Du arbeitest sicher mit CRM-Systemen und Übersetzungstools und findest dich schnell in neue Programme ein.
• Kommunikationsstärke & Kundenfokus – Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse schnell, reagierst einfühlsam, kommunizierst klar und findest immer die passende Lösung.

Die perfekte Kombination – Du steuerst Vertrieb & Customer Support – vom ersten Gespräch bis zur langfristigen Betreuung. 

• Beraten & überzeugen – Du berätst Eltern und Schüler:innen, empfiehlst die passenden Lernlösungen und vereinbarst Termine mit unseren Nachhilfezentren in Deutschland.

• Inbound & Outbound Calls – Du bearbeitest eingehende Anrufe von neuen und bestehenden Kund:innen und führst bei Bedarf auch aktive Anrufe durch.

• Leads konvertieren – Du begeisterst Familien für unsere Nachhilfe-Angebote und wandelst ihr Interesse erfolgreich in gebuchte Termine um.

• Bestehende Kund:innen unterstützen – Du beantwortest Anfragen und gehst auf Wünsche unserer Kund:innen ein.
