Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.
Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work. In fact, we’re proud to share that AdAge recognized Kepler among the Best Place to Work in 2022, validating our investment in our team and our clients.

This role is for a multidisciplinary design leader who excels in concept development, brand design, motion, and visual systems while leveraging advanced AI tools to push creative boundaries. The ACD will direct design across digital platforms, social, and video while helping shape new workflows that combine human taste with AI precision. This position requires a deep foundation in traditional design craft and hands-on expertise with modern AI tools across image, video, audio, and 3D production.
The ideal candidate is a nimble, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented creative who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They are proactive in exploring new technologies and ideas, able to independently develop prototypes and concepts that push the boundaries of creativity and technology. They bring a can-do attitude, a deep sense of curiosity, and a passion for collaboration—someone who contributes energy, positivity, and creative excellence to a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team. This individual should be equally comfortable discussing creative concepts with clients as they are refining details with designers and engineers. Strong communication—both written and verbal—is essential, especially when working remotely across distributed teams.
Beyond creative direction, this role helps define how emerging AI technologies are integrated into Kepler Creative’s workflows, shaping new ways of creating, testing, and scaling ideas with speed and precision. The ACD will contribute to the broader creative transformation at Kepler by developing repeatable AI systems, maintaining brand integrity across AI-generated outputs, and ensuring responsible and transparent use of generative tools. They will guide how design, automation, and creativity intersect, serving as both a practitioner and thought partner in evolving Kepler’s creative practice.
Transparency is fundamental to Kepler’s culture. Our compensation strategy is designed to attract, reward, and retain the talented employees that drive Kepler’s growth and success. We aim to offer competitive direct compensation and a rich indirect compensation program that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their wellbeing.

Looking to do the best work of your career?
Do it with Dove, one of the most respected global brands on social. We’re building a team across 15 markets to own Dove’s social presence end to end: insight and ideation, platform-native creative, publishing, live ops, and community. From the first idea to the final reply, you’ll shape how Dove shows up every day and create work that influences culture.
You’ll move at newsroom speed with rigorous craft—launching ideas that travel, partnering with standout creators, and turning comments into conversations that become cultural moments. The brief is straightforward: make Dove the most culturally relevant brand on social. You’ll have the scale, purpose, and creative freedom to make it real.
If you’re motivated by ideas that matter, sharpened by data, and committed to making the internet more positive, this is the place to do it. Bring your craft and your courage. Together we’ll build culture—not just content—and do the best work of our careers.
Your creative vision will bring Dove's brand to life across social platforms and beyond. This is a Canadian based remote role, you'll work in partnership with the creative, social, strategy, and Dove brand teams to craft compelling visual work that connects with audiences in the moments that matter. You'll lead and guide designers and content creators, champion social-first thinking, and ensure every piece of visual content meets the highest standards of craft while feeling native to the platforms where Dove's audiences spend their time.
We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.
You'll be the visual storyteller behind design work that makes Dove unmistakable in crowded feeds. Working at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution, you'll translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and Dove's brand purpose into visuals that feel authentic, inclusive, and distinctive across every format and platform.
We're looking for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design craft, someone who can develop a big idea and then execute it beautifully across social, digital, and, where needed, OOH and POS touchpoints. You'll guide and mentor a team of designers and content creators, pushing the standard of social-first design while integrating Gen AI tools thoughtfully into the creative process.
Success means design work that captures attention, strengthens Dove's brand equity, and delivers measurable results. Work that people recognize as unmistakably Dove before they even see the logo.
Our values shape everything we do:
Be Ambitious to succeed
Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible
Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work
Be always learning and listening to understand
Be Results-focused to exceed expectations
Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations
