WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making
Connect the dots from technology solutions, inclusive of the Everpure Storage portfolio and others from the ecosystem, to measurable customer business outcomes
Partner closely with account managers, specialists and SI partners to create a seamless and holistic customer experience and strategy to drive revenue growth and net new business
Passionately bring to light the advantages of a Everpure Storage solution
Refine sales strategy and tactics, taking command of technical responsibilities
Delight customers and teammates with your technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN product spaces
Take control of evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations
Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations with vigor to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts
Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacityAuthor responses to RFI & RFPsSeek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation
Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchangesLiaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives

WHAT YOU BRING

Pre-sales experience is required Enterprise account leadership across multi-stakeholder, multi-year programs; strong deal orchestration and stakeholder management. Partner ecosystem collaboration with SI partners, cloud providers, and ISVs; ability to align technical architectures with commercial motions.
5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required. Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
Prior experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)Linux, NFS file systems and Linux distributed network environment
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP a plusInstallation/configuration of distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystem, storage subsystems architecture, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, windowing systems
Familiarity with containers, k8s and microservices architectures a plus

THE ROLE
EverPure is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join the Sales team in Osaka. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to pilot the sales & adoption of our EverPURE solutions with prospects and existing customers in the Enterprise Accounts space. You collaborate with customers in Osaka to understand their business goals, their pain points, and propose creative solutions in collaboration with our key alliance partners. You will work closely with other pre-sales, sales, partner sales & enablement, marketing, and leadership team members to help develop and grow business with the full EverPURE portfolio of solutions.

The Position
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect professional to drive the growth and adoption of OPSWAT’s MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
MetaDefender NetWall enables secure, real-time data transfer between networks of different security classifications, helping protect critical OT environments and industrial systems from network-borne cyber threats.
In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NetWall product line, partnering closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers operating in critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government.
You will combine deep technical expertise in networking and OT environments with business development insight to identify new market opportunities, support complex customer engagements, and influence the product strategy for future growth.
This role is based in APAC and requires regional travel to support customer engagements, industry events, and partner development activities.
What You Will Be Doing
Technical Leadership & Customer Engagement
- Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region.
- Partner with the sales team to design secure OT network architectures and deliver solution-driven presentations to customers and partners.
- Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to validate solutions and achieve technical design wins.
- Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
Market Development & Strategy
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging use cases for MetaDefender NetWall in critical infrastructure and industrial environments.
- Develop business cases, technical requirements, and market insights to support product expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate customer needs into product enhancements and roadmap input.
Sales Enablement & Partnerships
- Develop solution positioning, technical messaging, and sales enablement materials to help internal teams effectively present security offerings.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and industry partners to expand the reach of the NetWall product line.
- Represent OPSWAT at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical events across the APAC region.
What We Need From You
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Network Architect, or similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols, including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN architectures
- Solid background in Operational Technology (OT) environments and familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and common industrial protocols
- Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers
- Experience leading Proof-of-Concept engagements and technical solution design
- Strong skills in technical documentation, requirements definition, and business case development
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical engineers and executive stakeholders

Job's Mission
As a R&D Process Engineer at ASM, you will work with semiconductor processing and analytical equipment to research, develop and optimize processes focused on oxidation, annealing, curing, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD, PEALD), Epitaxy or PECVD for logic, memory, analog, power, and MEMS applications. You will design and conduct complex experiments, measurements and perform the interpretation of complex experimental output. While you deliver creative and inventive solutions, technical publications, and generation of Intellectual Property (IP) are an essential function of this position.
What you will be working on
- Creative problem solver with experience in developing new films for emerging applications and experience in chemistry/materials characterization.
- Works with semiconductor processing equipment to research, develop and optimize unit processes focused on the deposition of metal and dielectric films via PEALD.
- Bringing innovative ideas, staying abreast of state-of-the-art processing applications in the semiconductor industry to be effective.
- Process consulting and accountability including technical papers on advanced process applications and Intellectual Property creation.
- Participates in and drives technical problem-solving sessions using the related scientific method and industry tools, such as Ishikawa diagrams.
- Designs and conducts experiments, in addition to measuring and interpreting experimental output, aimed at fulfilling stated objectives using Design of Experiments (DOE) and Response Surface Methodology (RSM).
- Troubleshoots equipment problems and is personally and actively engaged in problem via “hands-on” modalities.
- Works with customers and central marketing to understand and define requirements to successfully execute and document customer demonstrations.
- Develops methods and techniques for integrating metal and/or oxide films into existing and future device technologies.
- Ensures successful product transfer to customer base by performing demonstrations, training field service personnel, traveling to support remote sites (up to 10% travel required), and drafting documentation regarding process development, tool operation and maintenance.

What we are looking for
- PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
- Fresh PhD graduates OR MS degree holder with 2+ years of work experience with: PEALD, ALD, PECVD, CVD, Epitaxy, and/or other thin film deposition.
- Knowledge of electrical characterization techniques for CMOS devices.
- Application of dielectric and/or metal films for logic and memory structures.

The intern will undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the Building Block Structure associated with the XP8 DCM product line, with the objective of attaining an in‑depth understanding of the configuration framework governing DCM process modules. Following this evaluation, the intern will delineate the common components and the specification variances across the various applications. Ultimately, the intern will conduct a structural analysis of each application and develop a detailed report outlining the principal design considerations.
What you will be working on
The intern will perform a structured review of the multi‑tiered Bill of Materials (BOM) for the DCM tool. The analysis will commence with the identification of components that are universally employed across the DCM product portfolio. Subsequently, the intern will assess component‑level differences to determine whether functionally interchangeable alternatives exist.
Upon completion of the classification of components into common, functionally equivalent, and application‑specific categories, the intern will collaborate with relevant stakeholder groups (including, but not limited to, the Process Development Team) to evaluate the rationale for such variations and to consider the implications of applying these variations uniformly across all applications.
The overarching objective of this project is to formulate viable recommendations for standardization.
