Role Purpose:
Payroll Service Design, Governance & Continuous Improvement is responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing the global payroll operational framework. This role ensures payroll operations are robust, efficient, and scalable by establishing strong SLAs, KPIs, governance controls, and a disciplined culture of continuous improvement.
A key element of this responsibility is to lead and embed these standards into all payroll projects, including system implementations, vendor transitions, and global expansions. By acting as the critical bridge between strategic design and operational execution, this role translates global payroll standards into practical, future-proof ways of working, ensuring consistent service delivery, financial accuracy, and audit readiness across all initiatives.

1. Establish a Unified Framework of Governance & Control
This role will create a single source of truth for how payroll is run, creating clarity and reducing risk for both operations and accounting teams.

The manager will move the organization from reactive problem-solving to proactive performance management by implementing a clear metrics framework.
3. Embed Continuous Improvement (CI) to Eliminate Manual Work & Rework
This role will systematically identify and eliminate the root causes of inefficiency that plague both departments.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert ensuring our core HCM processes operate seamlessly, with a focus on scaling and enhancing the setup in alignment with organizational requirements. What you'll Need to Succeed:
4 - 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on HCM configuration and reporting.
Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals, covering both business processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination) and configuration concepts (condition rules, orgs, hierarchies, custom objects)
Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports
Working knowledge of Workday Security, including constrained/unconstrained roles and segmented security
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency and data integrity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into system design.

This is not a customer‑facing Product role. This position sits within Agoda’s Tax team under the broader Finance organization, focusing on internal finance and tax platforms that enable compliance, automation, and scalable operations.
As a Finance Systems Product Manager / Senior Specialist (Tax Technology), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Agoda’s tax technology stack, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement.
Based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, this role reports to the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director and is part of a Tax organization that is rapidly expanding to support the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. While the role applies product‑management principles (such as requirements definition, solution design, and lifecycle ownership), it is not part of Agoda’s core Product organization. Instead, you will act as a hands‑on tax systems and solutions partner, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Legal, and senior stakeholders, as well as sister brands and our US parent company.
This is a systems‑first, highly practical role at the intersection of tax, data, and technology. What you'll Need to Succeed:
4 - 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Benefits configuration and reporting
Deep expertise in Core Benefits setup including eligibility rules, enrollment events, and integrations with benefit providers.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports.
Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals, covering both business processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination) and configuration concepts (condition rules, orgs, hierarchies, custom objects)
Working knowledge of Workday Security, including constrained/unconstrained roles and segmented security
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency and data integrity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into system design.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
