As Head of AI, you will lead this transformation.
Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this newly created role owns and orchestrates Prezzee’s end-to-end AI agenda spanning strategy, execution, and ROI. You’ll lead enterprise-wide AI transformation while also laying the foundations for future innovation, including AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce.
Working closely with the AI Tech Lead and cross-functional partners across Tech, Data, InfoSec, and Architecture, you’ll own AI strategy, prioritisation, and business outcomes, ensuring every initiative is aligned, scalable, and delivers measurable value.

About the role
This is not a traditional brand role. As Director of Brand & Market Engagement, you will own the full brand ecosystem, from masterbrand strategy and content to PR, sponsorships and partnerships and be directly accountable for how brand investment translates into business performance. You'll lead a high-performance creative and content engine, partner with CRM and Performance teams to drive customer acquisition, frequency and lifetime value, and ensure every channel works as a connected growth system. Reporting to the CMO, this is a senior leadership role for someone who is equally fluent in brand storytelling and commercial outcomes.
