As a Deployment Strategist (DS), you are the critical bridge between a customer's multi-million dollar business problem and Databricks' technical solution. You are a product manager for the field, owning the entire non-technical lifecycle of an FDE engagement.

You will partner with our Account Executives to build C-suite trust, perform deep discovery to map the customer's political and technical landscape, and, most importantly, scope the value. You will define the Minimum Viable Product for a pilot, write the PRD that guides the engineering team, and manage the project to a successful landing.

This role requires a rare mix of C-suite gravitas, deep product-style thinking, and a hands-on, get it done execution mindset.

• C-Suite Scoping & Value Definition: Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map the customer's organization, quantify the business value ($10M+ problems), and define the pilot (MVP, success criteria, timeline).

What you need to be successful

You will be responsible for the development and support of our partner fulfillment centers to ensure they are all performing to the standards that we have developed. This role will oversee new startup functions including project management, systems training, and equipment set up. The Operations Support Manager will build solid partnerships with new SFN partner sites by understanding their unique needs and facilitating their success within ShipBob’s dashboard and suite of fulfillment services. This role reports to the Senior Operations Support Manager, who also serves as the backup for this role. 

What you’ll do: 

• You will be expected to spend ~90% of your time on-site at a partner location or ShipBob Innovation Center. 
• Help in site selections and potential SFN site partner vetting. 
• Consultation: Understand SFN partner needs and adapt building launch plans to ensure successful partner integration and launch.  
  • Serve as a first point of contact and own successful launch 60–90-day implementation phase and maintain status of first point of contact post-launch.  
• Configuration: Implement Specific Measures for Success.

You are here to operationalise Generative AI for enterprise marketing teams. This is not a support ticket role. Your job is to codify, embed, and scale AI workflows using our flagship products: Pencil Pro (Gen AI creative generation) and Share of Model (LLM brand perception & visibility).

You will move clients from ad-hoc experimentation to industrial-scale adoption, proving that Gen AI builds brands better, faster, and cheaper.

The Products:

• Pencil Pro: The enterprise-grade Gen AI platform. You will help clients generate on-brand ad creatives, video, and copy at scale, navigating "no-train" clauses, brand safety, and prediction models.
• Share of Model (SoM): The new SEO. You will guide clients on how to measure and optimise their brand’s visibility and sentiment across major LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), turning "share of search" into "share of model."

What you will be doing: 

1. Codify (Workflow Design)

• Architect Gen AI Playbooks: Translate loose client objectives into rigid, repeatable workflows within Pencil Pro. Define exactly how a marketing brief becomes a finished asset using our AI agents.
