Your Role:
The Professional Services Account Manager is an Account Team overlay role responsible for identifying, investigating and defining professional service proposals and scopes of work for Tenable prospects and clients. The SAM is responsible for interpreting services engagement needs and creating the contractual documentation required to deliver client success both from a presales and post-sales perspective.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for independent hotels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
For independent properties with limited staff and time, every pricing decision, missed opportunity, or manual task adds up quickly. When AI takes repetitive work off their plate and helps hoteliers act faster, the impact is felt almost immediately.
You will be selling a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools designed specifically to streamline and elevate independent hotel operations. You'll empower hoteliers to replace manual guesswork with automated pricing and reservation management, ultimately helping them drive up to 21% more revenue. This means less time behind the screen and more time delivering the exceptional guest experiences that keep independent properties competitive.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. As the IT Audit Manager APAC, you will join a global audit team of ten experienced internal auditors, including an IT lead Auditor based in Amsterdam. You will be based in Sydney alongside another Group Auditor. Optiver is currently in transition and moving towards a more globally integrated IT operating model. As a result, you will be involved not only in assessments of local entities but also regional and global functions, providing insights to the Management Board and Supervisory Board. The assessments cover the entire IT spectrum of our organization: from Information Security to IT Operations and from IT risks in HR or payment systems to IT risk in trading systems. We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us on a 12-month maternity cover, working 3 days per week, starting end of May / early June.
This is a true HRBP role sitting at the heart of the business supporting Burson, Hawker Britton and Barton Deakin, with strong connection into WPP locally and Burson both regionally and globally.
You’ll operate as a trusted partner to the business, balancing strategic input with hands on delivery, and working closely with leadership to drive people outcomes.
While the role offers strong ownership and autonomy, you’ll be well supported by an HR Coordinator who plays a strong advisory role, supports across all employee and candidate touchpoints, and manages day-to-day recruitment and HR operations, alongside an Office Manager, legal support, L&D resources, and WPP central and regional HR teams.
