As a Business Development Representative at Pendo, you’ll join a high-performing sales team focused on creating new, high-quality pipeline across key sales territories. What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & ABM to own and scale our digital presence and account-based programs across ANZ region. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of demand generation, brand experience, and revenue acceleration.
You will architect and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, develop personalised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs for our most strategic accounts, and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and creative content that resonate across different buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages.

Deep hands-on expertise across digital marketing channels: paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), email marketing, SEO, and marketing automation.
Strong messaging and copywriting skills; ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling narratives for executive buyers.
Experience working in enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, or professional services sectors.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for independent hotels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
For independent properties with limited staff and time, every pricing decision, missed opportunity, or manual task adds up quickly. When AI takes repetitive work off their plate and helps hoteliers act faster, the impact is felt almost immediately.
You will be selling a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools designed specifically to streamline and elevate independent hotel operations. You'll empower hoteliers to replace manual guesswork with automated pricing and reservation management, ultimately helping them drive up to 21% more revenue. This means less time behind the screen and more time delivering the exceptional guest experiences that keep independent properties competitive.

As Senior Manager of Sales Development (ANZ), you will own the strategy, execution, and growth of the SDR function across the ANZ region. You will lead a high-performing team of SDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team, while building the playbooks and processes that fuel Workato’s expansion and growth in ANZ market.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people management, data-driven strategy, and outbound execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align pipeline generation with regional revenue goals.
Build, hire, coach, and manage a team of SDRs across ANZ, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and career development.
Own regional SDR pipeline targets and KPIs, developing and iterating on outbound and inbound strategies to consistently exceed qualified meeting and pipeline goals.
Design and refine SDR playbooks, cadences, messaging frameworks, and prospecting sequences tailored to ANZ enterprises buying dynamics.
Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure tight alignment on ICP, account prioritization, and pipeline quality.
Collaborate with Marketing on ABM/digital campaigns, event follow-up, regional content localization, and demand generation initiatives.

What You Bring
6+ years in B2B SaaS sales development or inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a people management role leading SDR / BDR teams.
Proven track record of building and scaling SDR teams in the ANZ region
Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying processes, and outbound prospecting best practices.
Experience working with or selling automation, integration, iPaaS, AI, or related enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with pipeline metrics, conversion data, and territory models to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a demonstrated commitment to developing early-career sales professionals.
Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
A growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
Experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company that scaled from Series C–E through IPO-readiness.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or value-based selling methodologies.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective Cloudflare accounts in our Enterprise segment (2500 or more employees and/or strategic logos in the region), conducting outreach to the appropriate contacts within each account, sourcing meetings, and running discovery calls using sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT and CHIIP).
You will be paired with Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives who will work to close opportunities that you source for them. You will also work with a variety of cross functional teams including product marketing, field marketing and sales enablement.
While there are activity benchmarks that lead to successful BDRs, this is an autonomous role that gives you the opportunity to be creative and proactive with your outbounding strategies. You will not be given a list and script to repeat. Instead, you are given a quarterly goal and can work with your manager to create methods to achieve them.
You will not be expected to have a thorough understanding of Cloudflare products at the outset, but we do expect you to have a strong interest in our industry and product line. As an Enterprise SDR, you will contribute by generating new business by qualifying opportunities, generating ARR and driving various outbound and inbound campaigns. You will also focus on the development of each qualified opportunity to pass to your team of Account Executives and Relationship Managers. As an Enterprise SDR you will learn and understand the key fundamentals of successful SaaS sales.
We are looking for a colleague with high energy, an entrepreneurial tempo, with a strong focus on business opportunities and sales. The ideal candidate is someone who can start relationships with some of the largest companies in the world - and move them from being loving Mentimeter users to large Enterprise customers.

Mentimeter’s APAC journey is still in its early chapters, and this role is a chance to help write what comes next.
We opened our Sydney office in 2023 with 5 people. Since then, we’ve grown to 15+ team members, achieved +41% YoY growth in 2025, and built a strong foundation across Customer Acquisition and Customer Success Teams. Now, we’re ready to scale our Customer Acquisition team further and hire our first Sales Manager for a Sales Development team.
This is a foundational, hands-on leadership role. You will shape how Sales Development works in APAC, how we prospect, qualify, collaborate, learn, and grow while coaching a young, ambitious team to do their best work.

As Sales Manager, Sales Development, you will lead and grow our SDR team, starting with a small, high-potential team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs and scaling over time. You will balance hands-on coaching with building the systems, playbooks, and culture that set the team up for long-term success.
We are looking for a sales leader who brings strong SaaS sales fundamentals, curiosity, and a passion for developing people. You’ll be supported by an experienced Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, Enablement and a Marketing team.

Due to growth, we’re hiring a Business Development Representative in our Sydney office and drive new business across Australia and the broader APAC region. This role is foundational to our regional growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact as one of the first sales hires on the ground.
You’ll focus on prospecting and building relationships across a wide array of industries, helping to bring Telnyx’s voice, messaging, wireless, and networking products to new markets. Prospect Like a Pro: Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC.
Be the First Touch: Initiate contact with potential customers and build strong early-stage relationships that lead to meetings and pipeline.
Pitch With Purpose: Understand customer needs and clearly articulate how Telnyx solves real problems with cutting-edge technology.
Partner With AEs: Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on strategy to accelerate the sales cycle.
Stay Organized: Log activity and insights into our CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline visibility and drive conversion.
Grow Your Knowledge: Learn about our product suite and the competitive landscape so you can speak with confidence and authority.
Shape Our Strategy: Contribute to the refinement of messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning as we grow in the APAC region.
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or telecom experience a big plus).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence and presence on the phone—you're persuasive, curious, and comfortable navigating conversations at all levels of seniority.
Startup mindset—you're resourceful, adaptable, and energized by change.
Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing a pipeline and working within a CRM like Salesforce.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn, especially when it comes to APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
Fluency in English required; other APAC languages are a plus.
