The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative for DoiT Cloud Intelligence (DCI), you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, including email, calling, and using LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects in your region. You’ll be on the front line of the sales team, collaborating closely with the regional Field Sales teams and progress the qualified pipeline with Account Executives (AE) by focusing on the primary metrics of qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated. We are looking for an agile, "startup-minded" individual who is ready to learn quickly and evolve as we scale. You will also build internal relationships with our sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams. 

Responsibilities

• Set meetings via outbound prospecting through both automated and manually-driven campaigns to achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure tight alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to maximize pipeline quality.
• Help build and refine our outbound motion by identifying and reaching decision-makers.
• Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale using various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc. 
• Own the outbound process end-to-end, from detailed account research to ensuring a qualified meeting is successfully booked for the Account Executive team.
• Partner with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.
• Support Regional GTM & Marketing activities across digital and onsite formats. 
• Clearly communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and stay current with the latest product and service information.
• Stay current with the latest offering/product/service information
• Some travel may be required 

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in Cloud, preferably with a background in selling to technical decision makers such as CTO, VP Engineering or Head of DevOps.
• Proven experience selling SaaS B2B  or cloud products or services.
• Proven history of achieving and reaching for results in an outbound lead generation environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and juggling various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset with the "grit" to work through challenges and multiply sales speed.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of autonomy and sales authority while remaining highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Swedish, German, and Dutch are a plus.

This role will lead a high-performing operations organization in Switzerland, supporting late-stage development, commercial readiness, and long-term growth. The role will oversee critical capital projects, scale clinical and commercial supply capabilities, and provide strategic and operational leadership across a network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in Europe to ensure reliable, compliant product supply. This position is accountable for both strategic and operational leadership of GMP activities. We are seeking an experienced Crypto Compliance Officer to take ownership of establishing and leading IMC's compliance framework for the Crypto business. You will be the primary compliance partner to the Crypto business — advising on new initiatives, guiding geographic expansion, engaging with regulators and exchanges, and building a compliance program that can scale with the business. Your Core Responsibilities

Framework design & governance

• Develop and maintain all compliance policies, procedures, and controls specific to digital asset activities, ensuring alignment with CIMA
• Define governance structures including escalation pathways, board-level compliance reporting, and risk appetite frameworks
• Establish and manage the audit remediation plan, tracking findings through to resolution and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
• Build and lead a high-performing compliance team capable of supporting the business at scale

Strategic business partnering

• Act as the trusted compliance partner to the Crypto business, advising on new products, strategic business ventures, and growth initiatives from inception
• Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially sound guidance on regulatory and market conduct matters, balancing risk management with business enablement

Your Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role covering digital assets, crypto, or fintech
• Proven track record of building compliance frameworks from the ground up in a regulated financial institution
• Strong understanding of crypto-specific compliance challenges including blockchain analytics, travel rule implementation, AML transaction monitoring, and cross-border regulatory requirements
• Experience engaging directly with financial regulators and managing regulatory examinations
• Exposure to US and/or APAC regulatory environments is a strong advantage
• A collaborative, business-oriented mindset

Your Core Responsibilities

Transaction monitoring & trade surveillance

• Manage and oversee day-to-day transaction monitoring across IMC's crypto asset activities, identifying, investigating, and escalating unusual patterns or potential AML concerns in line with the Compliance framework
• Manage the trade surveillance alert workflow — reviewing, investigating, and resolving alerts in line with established procedures and escalating material issues to the European Monitoring and Surveillance Compliance Officer
• Perform blockchain analytics to assess counterparty risk and support investigations into flagged transactions
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in accordance with CIMA obligations

• Implement and operationalize compliance policies and procedures across the business, ensuring staff understand and follow requirements
• Maintain compliance registers, logs, and documentation required for regulatory, audit, and reporting purposes
• Develop and roll out training for the Crypto teams across various Compliance topics

Regulatory & business support

• Handle day-to-day compliance queries from the trading and operations teams, providing practical and timely guidance
• Assist the Senior Crypto Compliance Officer in managing relationships with exchanges and responding to regulatory enquiries
• Support the preparation of regulatory filings and assist in managing the audit remediation plan
• Track relevant regulatory developments in the EU and US crypto landscape and flag material changes for policy review

Cross-regional collaboration

• Liaise with the Zug AML team based in Amsterdam on AML-related matters, ensuring consistency of approach across European business
• Collaborate with Compliance counterparts across European offices, as well as colleagues in the US and APAC, to support the global compliance program
• Contribute to compliance training sessions and help build a strong compliance culture across the business

Key deliverables

• Effective day-to-day operation of transaction monitoring and trade surveillance processes
• Robust implementation of Compliance policies and controls across the crypto business
• Support the Head of Compliance in delivering a fully operational compliance framework in Zug

Your Skills and Experience

• 2–4 years of Compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment, ideally with exposure to digital assets, crypto, or fintech
• Practical experience in AML transaction monitoring, trade surveillance, or compliance controls in a financial institution
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Chainalysis, Elliptic)
• Experience working in or alongside an international team across multiple jurisdictions
• A collaborative and proactive mindset — you work well with others and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-moving environment, and contribute to building something new
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with a structured, hands-on approach
• High sense of integrity and accountability
