THE ROLE
The Client Liaison and Department Assistant focuses on client liaison, supporting pre- and post-sale activities and assisting Fine Art Specialists. The position also includes administrative and operational support as needed, helping to maintain consistent standards across Sotheby’s European offices.

Your role and resposibilties
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in partnering with prospective clients, guiding them in procuring high-quality, de-risked carbon removal portfolios to achieve their net zero targets. Combining strong commercial drive and care with carbon markets expertise and a consultative approach, you will be instrumental in expanding our business across Switzerland, Spain and the rest of Europe.
You operate at the intersection of Carbonfuture and SIX, leveraging SIX’s financial ecosystem and client network to originate and close high-impact CDR deals.

The Manager, Supply Chain Management is responsible for day‑to‑day operational execution of supply chain activities supporting Vaxcyte’s clinical, GMP, PPQ, and commercial readiness programs. This role focuses on tactical planning, execution, tracking, and issue resolution across materials, logistics, and external partners, ensuring smooth and compliant operations in support of manufacturing campaigns.
The role works closely with the Associate Director, Supply Chain, who retains end‑to‑end strategic ownership across programs, while the Manager, Supply Chain Management ensures disciplined execution, follow‑through, and operational stability.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Support, or a related role. Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.
