The role

We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to serve as the technical interface between Nebius and our strategic technology partners, ranging from data platforms and MLOps vendors to AI frameworks and ISVs that build on GPU infrastructure. 

This is a hands-on engineering and integration role. You will design and develop integrated solutions, build reference implementations, enable partner engineering teams, and ensure joint customers succeed with combined offerings. You will influence Nebius’ product roadmap and drive deep technical collaboration across partner ecosystems.

You’re welcome to work from our office in Amsterdam or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Own the technical relationship with strategic partners as the primary interface to Nebius engineering and product
• Design and architect high-impact integration solutions, delivering clear joint customer value
• Build and maintain reference implementations and production-grade integrations
• Define enterprise-ready integration patterns (networking, security, compliance, observability)
• Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable product and roadmap requirements
• Enable partner teams through technical documentation, training, and demo environments

We expect you to have: 

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or technical pre-sales at cloud or data platform companies
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated AI/ML workflows (training, inference, MLOps)
• Proven background in integration architecture (API design, data pipelines, security, observability)
• Experience with Python and IaC tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Technical Qualification & Discovery: Collaborating with the Account Executive to thoroughly understand the prospect’s cloud environment, FinOps maturity, cost management challenges, and operational goals through in-depth technical discovery sessions across engineering, finance, and platform teams.

• Strong data analysis skills and the ability /navigate spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations and reconciliation needs across large data sets.
• Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
• Comfort level working in a metric-driven environment, including reporting on and improving business performance against a set of monthly KPIs and metrics.
• The ability to take complex pieces of technology and explain them in a simple and easy to understand way.

We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and serve as a strategic, data-driven partner to leaders across the business. Compensation & Rewards:

In Sweden, the compensation range for this role is SEK 687,000 - SEK 824,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our rapidly growing team and manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.

What you’ll do:

• Report directly to the VP of International Sales and manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives
• Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of their sales team
• Build a collaborative environment where your team can thrive, learn and grow
• Build and improve processes for AE onboarding and ramping
• Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management and growth plans
• Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance
• Drive alignment with supporting teams across marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering and customer engineering
• Set the strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years experience selling a technical product; open source, DevOps or security experience preferred
• 3+ years experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
• Experience working with the CSP marketplaces
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
• Experience selling to Fortune500 and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Existing Enterprise customer relationships in Northern Europe - Nordics/Benelux
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations; ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Experience going through a growth or hyper-growth stage
• Ability to travel as needed

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity and a proven track record of success in sales or lead generation roles. As a BDR at Chainguard, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team to help drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

• Prospect and identify potential clients across the Nordics in the security sales market using various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
• Conduct thorough research on prospects to identify their specific security needs, pain points, and decision-makers.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads by meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements and matching them with our security solutions and services.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies for specific industries, regions, or clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security technologies to better position our solutions to prospects.
• Attend sales training sessions and participate in team meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect and customer interactions to help refine messaging and improve product offerings.

What we're looking for:

• Based in the UK or Sweden
• Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language skills (huge plus).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, within the cloud native, cybersecurity or devops industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects and clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM or Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, products, and services is a strong plus.
