Do you want to be at the forefront of how a fast-growing AI company wins its most strategic deals? As our Strategic Prospect Consulting Intern in Solution Engineering, you won't just be watching from the sidelines — you'll actively shape how we engage with prospects, build the business case for Flip, and translate complex customer challenges into compelling solutions. You'll work directly with our Head of Solution Engineering and a team of experienced Solution Engineers, bringing structure, analytical rigor, and sharp thinking to the full pre-sales cycle. • Technical Environment Analysis: Supporting the identification of prospects' IT infrastructure, system landscapes, and integration requirements — helping to translate technical complexity into solution fit.
• SE Support & Internal Assets: Supporting Solution Engineers in demo preparation, RFP/RFI contributions, and building reusable solution playbooks and use case libraries for our key verticals — as well as tracking SE engagement metrics to surface insights that improve how we operate.

What you bring to the table

• You're currently pursuing a Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, (Business) Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You work in a structured, hypothesis-driven way with a strong focus on execution and output quality.
• Initial experience in Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Startups / fast-paced environments is a major plus.
• A background or strong interest in IT, SaaS, or B2B Tech — particularly system integrations, enterprise software, or technical pre-sales — is a significant advantage.

We're looking for a hands-on, product-minded engineer who is passionate about high-throughput, highly available systems - and who cares about reliability as much as velocity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• You have 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Backend Engineer with a strong infrastructure focus.
• Experience operating and scaling cloud infrastructures (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern observability stacks (e.g. Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, ELK) and comfortable defining and operating SLOs and error budgets.
• Solid software development skills in Go (preferred, since our IaC runs on Pulumi in Go), Python or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Pulumi, OpenTofu, Terraform) and configuration tooling (e.g. Ansible, Chef).
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and business-fluent English.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability of our platform.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience building and operating high-throughput, highly available systems in production.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) specifically.
• Experience with Kubernetes Gateway API and Envoy Gateway.

As a GRC & Information Security Specialist (m/f/d)), you will be at the center of our compliance operations, reporting directly to the Head of IT. You'll be responsible for managing evidence collection, audit coordination, and the policy lifecycle across four concurrent frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2 Type II, and Cyber Essentials Plus). This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about acting as a bridge between compliance mandates and technical teams to enable secure, international growth.

What you can expect

• Compliance Control Management: Own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our ISMS (ISO 27001/27017/27018), TISAX assessments, SOC 2 Type II controls, and Cyber Essentials Plus recertification.

• Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a GRC or Information Security role.
