As a Head Coach (General Manager), you're the leader, strategist, and mentor of your store. You'll inspire your team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences using data-driven insights to build healthier communities through real food.

What You’ll Do

Essential Functions

• People + Team Leadership: Lead the full employee lifecycle while fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion. Ensure compliance, deliver timely feedback, and develop a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Food Safety + Operations: Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, resolving facility, supply, and food quality issues while prioritizing team safety.
• Customer Experience: Deliver clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned experiences, acting on guest metrics and making data-informed business decisions.
• Financial + Business Acumen: Drive sales and profit by analyzing reports, managing costs, executing strategic plans, and creating effective schedules aligned with business goals.
• Systems, Process + Technology: Operate and support all systems, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize daily operations to ensure smooth business and guest experiences.
• Execute Head Coach Career Path Duties: Perform all essential functions outlined in the Assistant Coach role, including those from the Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants.
• Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
• ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for operations, reporting, and team communication
• Strong financial acumen: managing budgets, labor, and P&L effectively
• Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Experience in fast-casual or retail operations is a plus

Minimum Requirements

• Meet all physical requirements of all roles within the career path of the Head Coach including Assistant Coach role, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member.
• 3+ years in food service, with at least 2 years in hands-on management
• Experience hiring, developing, training, and motivating team members
• Skilled in planning, managing, and forecasting financials, labor, and inventory
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams collaboratively

Position Overview:

Administrative Office Assistant, Administration will be responsible for several key daily initiatives that enable the office to run most efficiently. These critical tasks range from being a presence at the front desk to greet and direct office guests and clients, to managing the booking and availability of conference rooms, to ensuring the office is tidy and supplies are stocked. This role will also be cross trained in several key departments and will be called upon to assist managers within operational departments as needed. As the administrative office assistant, this role provides the candidate to be the face of the company upon client arrival, as well as own the duties of ensuring the condition of the corporate office space allows teams to work at their most optimal efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be task oriented, organized and able to manage several responsibilities simultaneously. While daily functions will be well defined and documented for this role, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to be flexible to take on the needs of an ever-changing business. Additionally, the candidate should be a quick learner and be able to own tasks, projects, and results. Lastly, the ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, both written and oral, as the position will entail a significant amount of internal and external correspondence through multiple communication channels.

Primary job duties:

• Front Desk/Reception Presence
• Office Deliveries and Mail distribution daily
• Conference Room scheduling, booking, cleaning, and supply stocking (including coffee stations)
• Coordinate with Sr. Director/Operations on meetings and office visits.
• Kitchen appliance upkeep – dishwasher run and emptied daily, sinks emptied and cleaned, microwave cleaned, surfaces wiped down and disinfected
• Office supplies – Ensuring the office supplies in kitchen and supply room are in stock and replenished when running low
• Office space cleanliness
• Onboarding and Offboarding Desk setups
• Backup to Admin teams as required

Minimum qualifications:

• 3+ years of general administrative experience.
• Customer service or office management experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently a must
• Ability to multitask and work cross-organizationally with varied stakeholders
• Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment.
• Basic Excel, Power Point and business intelligence skills.
• com experience a plus.
